  I'm so done ✅ the ac was broken the ice cream was all soft serve it was so melted.7 of us in line. Out of 3 people working one with colored hair one in the bathroom for 15 min and a guy getting food 🥘 at 9 pm no one had the sense to help. Even if I was punched out I would help.We call this Team work ... I walked out and will never go back. I live in ybor city so it's close but I rather drive to dairy joy.

  VERY BAD SERVICE!! cost way to much for icecream, costumer service is really bad and rude I would not recommend it what's so ever !! Didn't even serve me icecream it was all melted when handed to me

  We went on a Friday night (4/14/17) and waited in line forever because the girl in the back (green highlights in her ponytail) refused to come help the girl working the counter. Finally she agreed to do the 3 Uber orders they had when a driver came to pick one up that wasn't even started. At first she told the girl working the counter to do them, but eventually came out to help. No wonder they are always hiring! I'd quit if my co-worker left me to do all the work. The girl that was actually doing work was nice though.

  Good ice cream and good service. One employee was very cheery(girl) while the other one seemed to be having a bad day(guy). Ice cream was delicious but a little on the sweeter side. Would visit again especially with the channel side patio area.

  The ice cream was good, but the service was lacking. Employees seemed to be unhappy to serve us well before their posted closing time...
