Super cute motel. Perfect for our one night stay in Frankfort. Has all the toiletries and towels and extra pillows. Also had a window AC unit which was a lifesaver. The owner, Luann is super sweet and nice. The room was perfect size for one night. The whole motel was packed for the weekend. I wanted to give it 4.5 but it won't let you. I didn't give it five because her email from the website doesn't work and there wasn't a lot of information on the website for checkout so I had to call and leave a message and wait for her to call me back. Also there seemed to be the annoying up north bugs in the room. Nothing that you wouldn't see in a cabin or camping.

Perfect place to lay our heads! Everything was beautiful just the way it was. Room had AC but we didn't really need it. Bed was firm which lended to a good night's sleep. Plenty of room to stretch out. Location is great considering you are few blocks from Main Street and town shops.

We had a wonderful time staying at Bay Port Lodging ! The rooms were lovely, and comfortable. We had a great experience with the staff and owners. It was very centrally located, so we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go.

I have been staying at Bay Port Lodge every summer for the past several years. Every time I have stayed the rooms have been immaculate. There is parking immediately on site so unpacking and packing your luggage is a breeze. There are several hammocks around the property which make it very easy to relax in those moments between the things to do while on vacation. The owners are very friendly and accommodating; they are quick to offer recommendations in and around Frankfort. To make things even better the hotel is within close walking distance to the beaches and downtown strip. There really isn't a better place to stay in Frankfort for your vacation.

The rooms are clean and cozy, it's within walking distance to downtown, and the rates are reasonable. The owner even brought us a bottle of wine to celebrate our friends' birthday. Great place to stay!

A great place to stay. Rooms are clean with TV and small fridge. Close to downtown area, fishing pier and the park. Great and friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bay Port, Luann was absolutely a wonderful innkeeper, enjoyed Storm Cloud, and the breakfast Panini's at Crecsent Bakery while we were in Frankfort.

We had such a great time, we are already planning on staying here next year. Our room was perfect, the bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Walked us to our room, gave us local maps and spent extra time giving us directions. Everything was within walking distance Beach, downtown, restaurants, grocery store, even an ice cream shop. Can't wait to return.

We spent the day touring and having fun in the Frankfort area, and when we came back to the hotel our room had not been cleaned. Upon notifying the owner she took a very belligerent tone and said she would clean it herself. She then demanded we leave until she was done, acting as if the dirty room was our fault. We decided that we did not want to spend another night there and told the owner so. While we were packing the owner and her husband stood outside our room. When asked why, she said it was to make sure we didn't break anything or steal anything! The very worst hotel experience we have ever had, anywhere. I would not even recommend this dump to someone I didn't like.
