I was there for a procedure on 5/13/16 (yeh i know, Friday the 13th) where they look inside the bladder. I was treated with great respect. The folks from the front desk Ashley went the extra mile to set up my appointment a few days earlier, and then Maryanne, Patty, Joseph, and Michelle were the BEST and even tho this procedure is done with me awake, there was a great guy who knew I wanted to see what the doctor saw, so he ran to get the camera hooked up so I could watch. - Doc was amazing as well. This is the 2nd time I have been here for that procedure (which typically gives me big anxiety) and I was handled very professionally and I can't really find anything that I didn't like about them. 1st of all my IV was removed immediately upon waking prior to going to the restroom or anything. I was in pain and vomited but it was too late to give me anything since my IV was removed. That was my only issue with the actual procedure.
My bill was huge and they originally billed the wrong insurance. Once that was corrected I made too large payments with my FSA and then was planning on making bills as I could. I received a very nastily written letter that I followed up with a phone call and a payment, which was only followed with threats to take me to court before another month was up.response / report this review
