This is one of my children's favorite places to go and in the past it's been great but it's going down fast, the last two times I've been here the adult hot tub has been closed. This is a attention for both parents and children. But it doesn't seem that way anymore.

One of the worst experiences traveling ever. When we arrived to our room the bathtub was full of dirt like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The water park was closed due to lightning within 10 miles of the facility. Staff stated it was an act of God no refunds. Not enough parking. In the morning the shower was ice cold throughout the facility. Many of the arcade games accepted payment from my children but did not allow them to play the game. All of this for over $600 for two rooms one night. Will never return and we'll tell everyone we know to never go there.

Went for the water resort. For the entry the park is worth it. A little small but what can you expect from an off season indoor resort. Upon our visit the bar was not open and they ran out of towels. Spoke with the manager Gina who was very nice and apologetic for the issues and offered us another set of passes for our family to try again. It has great potential and hopefully the next time we come it won't have as many issues.

This place is pretty nice, I loved the water park area. The only reason, why I didn't give it 5 stars, is because of the staff. They messed around a lot. Otherwise, I recommend this place. The rooms are nice and tidy. Love it! Will be coming back in the future!!

I took my family here for my daughter's birthday adventure recently. I gave here a selection of water parks in KC and she chose CoCo Key since she wanted to be inside and is not a major thrill-seeker. This was everything I expected it to bethey had a nice water fort with three small slides and the giant water bucket that pours down periodically. There was a lazy river to lay back (if you could find a tube) or just float, swim, or walk. There were three more extreme rides but not of the high caliber extreme rides you will find at the larger outdoor parks. But for what my daughter wanted, this was a perfect choice. We arrived early and it wasn't too busy. We took a 1.5-2 hour break to eat lunch away from the park and the mid-afternoon crowd was much larger so the lines were long and the chaos was rampantall to be expected at any water park but when indoors the sound is amplified significantly. Overall we had a blast. I can't say anything about food options or drink but they are there and served alcohol too.

Such a fun spot for kids. We went on a weekday so there were only about 40 people there. It was great. No waiting in line for slides at all. And to bring up the slides They were really fun. We have a 6 and 10 year old and they both had a blast on every slide. The body slide has a 42" height requirement and the tube slides require 48". We ordered a pizza/drink combo for $20. Seemed like a decent deal for a water park. All in all it was a great time.

We had fun here on a Spring Break day. Not too crowded. Pool was very nice, fun attractions. Life guards were attentive. Other staff were also helpful. Food was affordable, but they were out of a lot of items. The food area definitely needs improvement.

This was going to be a big day out for my family. Turned out to be a waste of my money. My son looks young so they kept kicking him out of the hot tub. There is unfinished walls and broken lockers. The staff is rude. Food was not well prepared. No condiments for the hamburgers. When talked to management about my son being over the age of 18 they said they would leave him alone. 15 minutes later they kicked him out of hot tub again.

Worst online experience ever! Two phone calls and an hour later, I was able to book day passes. The website user experience is lost in about the year 2005 and there are so many barriers to purchase it makes me wonder at how many sales are lost due to consumers losing patience with the hoops they have to jump through to hand over their money. The problem with this is that it sets the stage with a consumer to expect a less than stellar experience once arriving at the facility, because if you can't get it right online, what are you getting wrong in person? I hope this isn't the case and, more importantly, I hope that the management of this entertainment venue sees this review and is motivated to fix this horrific user experience on the corporate website. In today's world, there's no excuse to not be serving up a spectacular online experience and make it easy and enjoyable for consumers to give you their business, and their money.

We had such an awesome time, it was our first visit and we will be back! The park was clean and very warm. My son lost his glasses and the supervisor made sure the staff found them quickly, they were awesome!.. my only complaint.. the food wasn't very good, we spent $34 on a hot dog, nachos, 2 burgers a funnel cake and drinks, the drinks were the only things tolerable, next time we will eat first! But we will be back!

This was our second birthday party at Coco Key. Our last party was 6 months ago but while the kids enjoyed the party, the service at that party was a bit chaotic. However, I want to report that this party was a very good, much improved, experience. The staff was top notch; handled everything perfectly. I really appreciated their attentiveness to the kids. For us, the location has always had a wonderful facility, but am pleased to say that their service now matches their facility. Terrific!
