Jay Wolfe Toyota always has the utmost best service. Every single service manager remembers your name even when you take your car in for routine maintenance. They are professional and personable. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else for service. They send me coupons and keep my appointment right on schedule. They have a great waiting area with all the accommodations as if you were home.

They told me it would be an hour. It was 2 hours and 15 minutes. Not happy about the wait. They washed my suv and didn't get all the bugs off of bumper and windshield. Water spots on windows and mirrors. On a positive note the fruit smoothie was awesome!

i really like to give them less then 1 start. i called and asked for a better deal.the sales rap talking with me and manager at back and forth , i told them i had a offer from a different dealer i provide the details finally "Rayan" called, i think he is the manager. he asked again to provide him with the proof something screenshot or email so he can gave me the deal we already talked about. i provide the proof and guess what happened i got the text back from him saying that "thanks ! i am going to submit this for review " he submit the proof for review because some other dealer offering better deal really ???? if you can't offer a better deal . shut your mouth and say sorry i can't beat the price. i really have some nice words to say here but i did not want to. anyway i want nice not to do business with them had a great idea . i will suggest to everyone, shop around before you buy from them you can find a awesome deal by just make 4 or 5 calls.

We had a great experience buying a used vehicle with Jay Wolfe Toyota. On Saturday we spoke with Rena Roberts on the phone. She was very friendly and responsive. She quickly answered our questions and emailed us some requested information (maintenance reports and the car fax report). Both checked out, and the price was right.

I was able to get out of work early enough to justify the 2 hour drive, and Rena was able to have the car ready for a test drive when we got there.

Fadil met us when we arrived at the dealership. He was very friendly, professional, and honest. We had walked away from a vehicle deal just days before coming to Jay Wolfe Toyota. So it was refreshing to work with friendly, honest, and non-pushy sales staff.

While I signed paperwork, my kids were treated to snacks and drinks at their little cafe. Sydney was especially kind to them (all 4 of them). Even the finance guy--I can't remember his name--was kind and efficient. We drove the vehicle home within 1.5 hours of arriving at the dealership. The vehicle is clean and in good working order and came at a great price.

I'm very pleased with my experience at Jay Wolfe Toyota. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I worked with 2 sales people & both were very nice, laid back & honest. No pressure & no slick used car stereotypes. Just decent people. I'd definitely go back.

Everyone there is really nice, the waiting room is truly phenomenal with a concierge, food (complementary donuts, cookies, ice cream). It was so nice that I wondered if they had style over substance..for my visit, it was a case of style over substance. I had an oil change and they failed to top off my fluids (coolant and wiper fluid). Granted, it isn't a huge deal but failing to do this made me wonder if they forgot the oil change also. I'll try another dealership next time. :(

I came in for an oil and oil filter change. I got in the car to drive home and was halfway home before I realized there was no reminder of oil change sticker in the window. My oil was fairly clean to start with because I had just had it changed 2000 miles ago. We're going on a long road trip and I wanted to start with fresh oil for the journey. Now I don't even know if the oil and filter change was even done. I've got nothing except the bill that indicates that the job was done.

Excellent service!! Great experience!! Service advisor, Randall Borgman ensured all my concerns were resolved. His attentiveness made the time spent worth while. The break area and host were awesome. It was a welcoming environment and the food menu offered variety; sandwiches were delicious.

Lied to me about the lease. Told me I could turn in my leased Prius to and Toyota dealship because I was moving when I bought it. At the sales table they lied. I have to keep paying for this car or drive it cross country to turn it in. I'm pregnant and live in another state. Mark Pardue was the sales man. The lease ending is a rip off to no end. They corn hole you into another car or wreak havoc on your fiances.

I have been to a lot of dealerships over the last few months and can easily say that Jeff Kremer is the best salesman that I've worked with. Very knowledgeable, helpful and low pressure. Highly recommend working with him.

I won't type out a long diatribe but I will say they blatantly lied and refused to respond to my inquiry both via email and via Toyota USA. I've purchased well over 40 vehicles in my years so I'm not unfamiliar with the backhanded efforts of dealerships. That being said, this was one of the most startling. Customer service is a dying art, clearly this dealer is spearheading it's demise.

Over the years I have purchased 4 vehicles from Jay Wolfe Toyota and every time they have been the most courteous and an outstanding dealership. I highly recommend this dealership, they go above and beyond every time. They truly make you feel like you're the most important customer whether it's in the service department or buying a used or new car. Keep up the good work Jay Wolfe, I look forward to future purchases from you guys.

It's a typical car dealer. They try to take as much money from you as they can while you try to keep as much as you can. This is not fixed pricing by any means. They do have free food if you are there, I go at least once a week for dinner. Just kidding. I did have better prices from other local dealers for my 2017 Camry.
