The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Checkout has been changed to noon, which is great. The breakfast is included with the cost of the room. Very family friendly. Pool is clean and well maintained. They regularly have specials.

Friendly service! ( thanks Trish and Angela!) Had a wonderful experience. Room was clean and cool. Carpets a little dated. But my sleep was sweet and I even slept in! Can't review the free breakfast but maybe next time.

The location wasn't what I expected but not too bad either, the rooms were lovely but our remote didn't work the first night. I was impressed that it had been fixed when I got back the next night though. I also thought the room service menu could have been a little more professional. It reminded me of a Dennys menu.

Pick another hotel so you don't waste your time having to find another one after seeing how gross these rooms are. My family and I were traveling through Albuquerque late at night on our way home after a very long trip. Unfortunately, we came through on the balloon festival weekend which made the hotel prices skyrocket. In an effort to save money, we balanced a good deal with the good reviews this hotel had. I should have known to run when I opened the front lobby door and the window shade flew off. The gentleman at the check in desk was very friendly, but he was the only positive in our brief experience here. After getting our keys, we proceeded to head to our room. Mind you, we have two small children, so we have more luggage than normal. We enter the side entrance, looking for the elevator. After searching and asking the front desk, we found out there is no elevator. We commenced dragging multiple bags and the crying kiddos up the steps. We enter the first room, and I immediately feel my eyes start to water. I'm extremely allergic to cats and could instantly tell this room has had them in there before. I venture further to check the bedspread, sheets, and pillows. Hair and stains everywhere. Yuck. We continue to search, hoping it gets better so we don't have to go through the hassle of switching rooms. It only got worse and looking at the carpets and seeing the trim of the wall and the adjacent carpeting, covered in pet hair as well. My husband reluctantly went down and requested a new room. The gentleman was super kind and gave us a new room. Unfortunately, the new room was worse. I pulled down the sheets on the bed and there were two brown stains where others have laid their greasy heads. We decided it was easier to leave two small children late at night than to attempt to find a clean room within this hotel. Thankfully, we found a close, newly renovated hotel that had availability. Please choose another hotel as the potential deal you may get on a room here is still paying far too much.

Booked this hotel last minute: at 9pm for midnight arrival after a long day on the road The beds and pillows were comfy, room was good size. Very friendly staff (extra thanks to Cody at front desk). Pretty courtyard. We didn't eat breakfast since we wanted to sleep in. Carpets throughout could be updated, otherwise it was fine!

I love the beds. They're comfortable - felt like I was sleeping on clouds. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff are friendly. We were greeted with smiles. Like the fact that they have a grill for hotel guests to use - nice large patio area. They also have a gazebo. They also ave hit breakfast.

We arrived late in the night, and slept past breakfast, so I can't comment on the food or the overall amenities. The room was clean and the air conditioning was strong enough. I really did not like the mattress; it was way too firm and I felt like there was something digging into my hip. The only other complaint was minor : the hand towel rack was broken and lying on the bathroom counter, with the towel lying neatly next to it. Not a big deal, but kind of odd. Perhaps the problem had been discovered after the maintenance crew had gone home for the day. We didn't even book the room until late at night. The staff was friendly and professional. It was also a great price.

It's a pretty nice place, rooms are large and reservations with the general manager was excellent. However, when we arrived, the front desk didn't 'get' customer service. We had reserved four rooms and one especially on the bottom floor for our handicapped daughter who cannot climb stairs and they do NOT have an elevator! They said they didn't have a room left on the bottom floor (even though we had made reservations weeks in advance) but worse their attitude said they didn't care. It was only 4:00 in the afternoon and they were not willing to make adjustments. With their shrugs and indifference, all of them on the desk 6/7/17 were unprofessional and their attitude didn't fit the hospitality business. Eventually, we got our room but it was an unpleasant experience.

We were traveling across country and had to stop at this hotel for a quick nights rest. Getting to the hotel was pretty straight forward and check in was smooth. We were notified that there a pool party going on that would be over at 7. Everything was going good till we went to go to bed and at 8:30 the music from the pool party was still pretty loud. At 9:30 I finally called the front desk was was told it would be over soon. The music did stop shortly after but there was a loud group of people at the pool for at least another hour. Since we had just finished driving for 15 hours we were looking for a good sleep. The didn't obviously didn't happen. I mentioned this to the front desk and she didn't seemed concerned at all.

A lot of little issues that resulted in a pretty bad experience. Starting with the good, the room was clean. The laundry facilities worked well. It would probably be a good stay if not for the little things. When we got there, there was a very large group at the bar which is in the lobby. Between the group and the music being so loud, we had to yell to talk to the receptionist. Not really their fault but pricline had not sent any room information and they assumed the wrong room type and we were not able to change it. The room was clean but one of the mirrors was cracked. One of the hallways was flooded and there didn't seem to have been any attempt to dry the carpet or warning aside from getting wet feet. When we notified the front desk they said they were aware. At both check in and out we had to wait several minutes before we were able to speak to anyone. A lot of these problems were probably because they were overwhelmed by the big group, but they did a pretty poor job of handling having a full house.

Nice complex, affordable rates, friendly staff.. appreciated the drinks and breakfast coupons. I think the tickets is a bit weird for the breakfast.. just make it continental style instead so your customer doesn't have to keep tickets. Beds are cheap and pillows are lumpy.. so upgrade is needed. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

    Great stay overall.
    Front desk not very friendly.
We booked two queen beds but when we arrived. They told us they didn't have that option. So they gave us a king and a sofa bed. Which was fine. No biggie. Rooms look great. And all was clean. Breakfast is perfect. Eggs salsa potatoes. The kitchen lady tho wouldn't let my husband eat because he didn't have a ticket but it was because my kids and I went down and ate before him. So he didn't get to eat. That's not right. :(
