My aunt receives really good care from the aides and the staff on the units is always so polite, but my main complaint is the food service. I was hungry so I stopped in the cafeteria last week and the tables were dirty like they haven't been wiped down all day and the girl working the counter was no where to be found I rang the bell and she finally comes out eyes red like she'd been crying and was visibly upset, It was very awkward and unprofessional. Why have someone who is clearly upset serve food. As much money that goes toward my aunts care you'd think the family would get good customer service when we are paying for food.

My loved one has been neglected, left to fend for herself in soiled clothes. I am appalled at the amount of money she spends and in comparison to the "quality" of care she receives. Shameful

this place will ignore your love ones, it is overpriced and beyond filthy. if you care about them there are other options. This weekend they are having a event to exploit the residents, I urge everyone to boycott it!!!!!
