This place is awesome!!! The people here are so friendly and made it so easy to do business. Usually i dread coming into dealerships but my saleswoman Keisha is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. When I'm ready to get something else I'll definitely come back!!! Thanks guys

If I could give zero stars I would. I get a letter from the general manager that they want to buy my suv to stock their used inventory. Made an appointment to speak with GM only to get there and speak with a sales rep. Sales rep started out nice until I told him I was only there to sell. Then his demeanor changed real fast like we were a waste of time. I ignored his behavior and continued the process. At which point he came back with an offer which was the TRADE IN offer off KBB, not the seller option which was twice the amount, once I said no thanks he got his manager at which point his manager was 50 yrs old trying to hit on my wife of 28 before we even shake hands, but when I put him in his place he then bombards me with questions and push me to trade in. To which I told him no I want my keys so we can leave. My wife and I never want to step foot near this place in fear of harassment by these sexist pigs and the cheats they are. BEWARE IF YOU DECIDE TO GO HERE, BRING PEPPER SPRAY AND A LAWYER.

From the general manager, sales manager to our salesman (Camron) hope i spelled it right.They took very good care of me and my wife. I bought my wife a new challenger R/T plus shaker. They now have a loyal customer. My next challenger will be bought there too

This place is a joke. We spend two weeks talking to a salesman about a car and the price and he swore to me he could sell it to me for what i told him our bank would allow. Then the sales manager came and told us there was no way to sell that car to us for that price and added almost 4k more to the price we discussed with the salesman. Im sorry but wanting almost 30k for a jeep compass which is a small suv is ridiculous! Never shop here!

After months of searching for a Dodge Charger 392 I finally found one at this dealership.  I negotiated the price of the vehicle over the phone and explained to them that I have a pre approval from my bank.  A few days later I traveled about an hour and half to this dealership, and closed the deal on the vehicle.  The salesman I worked with was great, shook my hand and thanked me for my service and business, then it went down hill really fast.  After about 3 weeks I started to contact the dealership about the status of my NC plates, and either I was transferred to a voice mail or they stated they would look into it and call me back (which they never did).  So this past Monday (17APR17) I called the salesman who sold me the car and he indicated that if my permanent plates do not arrive by the next day they would over night me a new temporary tag for the car.  So the next day I call them and no response from anyone. Today I decided to check my bank account and saw that my auto loan is still pending.  I call my bank up to find out that the dealership never sent the information to my bank.  So after about about 2hours the bank and I were able to get the dealership to finally send the paperwork in order to process the loan in order for to receive payment.  While talking with representative from the bank she stated that apparently the dealership fax machines were not working and that they needed to send my paperwork to other location in order to be processed. Long story short, the bank received the dealership paperwork and told the dealership that they would receive payment in 24 to 72 hrs.   My reason behind such a poor rating is as follows: since 28 MAR 17 I never received a call, email or text message from the dealership indicating some sort of problem occurring.  Secondly, after the bank told the dealership that they would receive payment, they indicated that they would not process my permanent plate application until they receive the funds from the bank. All this means is that I can't drive my only vehicle legally for at least a week.  When I told the dealership that my temporary tags expired, they told me to drive an hour and half to come get dealer tags.  I stated "what if I get pulled over? Are you going to pay for the ticket or any fines?"his response was no.  I know  bounced around on this forum but stay clear of this dealership even though the price was great for the vehicle, sometimes it's worth spending an extra hundred or two for better service

This is the best car shopping experience I have experienced. Everyone at Classic Chrysler, from Tim Jones, the General Manager to Jesse Bailey, the Sales Consultant were super helpful, professional, and really willing to make sure I had the best conditions. Thank you very much!

Going to classic Chrysler was one of the best decisions we made when looking for a new jeep! Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Not pushy and overbearing like most dealerships. We will definitley going back in the future for our vehicles!!!

My experience at classic was wonderful!!! Very quick(when comparing the time you usually spend in a dealership). The salesperson was awesome, she really listened to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and helped me find what I was looking for and stayed within my budget on a lease! Thanks classic!

I had a real good experience purchasing a new 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel long bed 4x4. Christie was very friendly and worked hard in getting me the best deal.
I had issues with the Sirius radio and Christie made sure this issue was taken care of even though it could not be done the day of the sale.
I would recommend coming to this dealership if you are looking for a good deal on a truck (did not look at cars).response / report this review
