I just got through checking in and the young lady at the front desk was very rude. I got a couple guys checked in yesterday they had a locked rate we have stayed here a few times but when I checked in she wouldn't give me the same rate. I'm very disappointed at the staff because I travel all over the world and never seen someone with a chip on her shoulder. I guess the next time I will set up at a different hotel. I love staying here because the room's are great and also the tavern.

Horrible experience. Reserved two rooms one week prior to stay. However, the represented explain to us our rooms were not guarantee to be next to one another. Even though I was told they would be at the time of the reservation. They offer two rooms on separate floors. The problem to their solution: I am a private nurse traveling with a 93 years young WWII vet, who needs a handicap room and his nurse next door to him for his safety. Having rooms on separate floors in unsafe for my patient in the event of an accident. Clarion Inn Asheville refused to honor our request. Therefore, I would not recommend Clarion Inn Asheville for handicap customers traveling with their caregivers/ nurse. Our solution switched hotel, Courtyard Inn. A hotel that honored or request.

Booked this hotel for an employee traveling for training for work. Their hotel stay has been a nightmare from check-in. It started off with the side entrance doors not working. Advised the front desk clerk that they were not working and she said she would notify maintenance. 4 days later and the doors are still not working. This is not only a convenience concern but potentially a safety concern as well.

First Night: Constant loud foot traffic by the room, loud talking and inappropriate language well after 10pm. Called the front desk 3 times to notify them that it was very disturbing and no one even picked up the phone.

Second Night: Still no working outside entry doors. People were having a loud party in the parking lot. Party turned violent when a fight broke out. Beer cans on the trunk of cars the next morning with broken glass bottles littering the parking lot.

Third Night: Toilet overflows. Called the front desk and ask for a plunger, she says that don’t have one and she was alone at the desk. Asked her what to doshe just says “I don’t know.. sorry”. Went 12 HOURS without a working toilet and toilet water all over the bathroom floor.

Recently remodeled so everything looks nice but don't judge a book by its cover. We were here for a soccer tournament and everyone needed showers but there wasn't hot water. The hotel staff told us that the hotel is very busy and that many people are taking showers so we will have to wait for the hot water to build back up and try again later. Hot water should be available at ALL times!! Many of us were givin King bed rooms when we had reserved 2 queen beds. They were only able to fix a couple of rooms as the hotel was booked. The breakfast area was well placed but it seemed as though they had never accommodated groups before as they couldn't keep enough food for everyone. They were out of food, silverware, plates, and bowls. The TV was also an issue as it had a horrible picture. I will NOT stay here again and I will NOT recommend

Recently renovated. Rooms are large and comfortable, staff goes out of the way to make your stay wonderful. Breakfast (typical choice selections) plus more! Multiple waffle batter flavor selections. Always kept fresh and stocked. Hotel is staffed at all times. 3 breakfast people, always 2 people on yh3 front desk, even at 4am. Maintenance was on site until 10 p.m. This much staff is unheard of with choice properties and it really made the hotel/stay wonderful. Fitness room has a large variety of equipment to choose from in several of each. The ONLY thing I can complain about is the one elevator located in a weird corner of the hotel. Be ready to do some walking, large odd layout.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were kind and courteous, and the GM even took the time to show us around. I will be staying here again and highly recommend it.

Staff were very friendly, stayed here 3 nights and 4 days for a job schooling event. Food at the attached Tavern was very good for both the event and afterwards at dinner. Room was clean and well kept. Location is easily accessible from multiple entry points with plenty of parking.

Convenient location near airport. Large updated rooms. Friendly staff. One of the most decked out breakfasts I've seen and they keep it fully stocked. Free, reliable Wi-Fi. Good pool and workout amenities. Only negatives: bathroom floor cleanliness and an electrical outlet that was a little loose. Tracey at the front desk was very professional and took our concerns/feedback seriously.

February 16 2017we stayed at the CLARiON in Fletcher NC and had an absolutely beautiful time. The indoor pool was a perfect temperature and the room itself where we slept was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean and I have nothing but great remarks to say . This morning we got up to the most amazing hot breakfast of delicious food with everything from scrambled eggs bacon and sausage and homemade biscuits and hash browns and fresh fruit and waffles with all of the trimmings and it was definitely a place but we will return. Thank you for allowing me to share with you that this place is awesome
