AMAZING customer service, very friendly owner + employee who came and cleaned as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company not only for the great work they provide, but they care about their customers and you can tell it is a personally owned business as the owner is very involved in making sure customers are happy and kept up to date. Solution smells great and carpets looked great as well! :)

Wanted to positively add to my review: We used Citrusolution Statesboro for our carpet cleaning for our THIRD year so far and they went above and beyond. Not only with their cleaning but their customer service as well as their EXTREMELY friendly workers! It is very rare to find not only good service where the company doesn't just want your money but to make sure you are SATISFIED and has the friendliest customer service ever!

Very pleased with this carpet cleaning service. We have had some bad stains and they always make the carpet look like new. Jonathon works hard and fast. in addition to be friendly, dependable, and competent they are also affordable/comparable to other companies. I love the smell of the house when he is done too. Best carpet cleaning company experience I have ever had.

I’ve tried two other carpet cleaning companies and got very unsatisfactory results; then I came across Jonathan with CitrusSolution. He is very professional, courteous, and has top notch customer service skills but the most important thing is he knows how to clean dirty carpets. If you’re thinking about using their services do not hesitate I promise you will be thoroughly satisfied.

Our carpets get pretty dirty at times when our technicians forget to wipe their feet and walk through the lobby and office. Not to worry, since Jonathan, Nick and the great team at Citrusolution are just a phone call away. They have cleaned our carpets for years and always do a fantastic job. We had a great experience from start to finish! Booking the cleaning was easy and efficient, responses were timely and thorough, and they did an amazing job cleaning our living room and bedroom. The crew was friendly and professional. Our carpets look brand new and the house smells amazing. I really appreciate the spot cleaner as well and I'm sure it will get used as we have a toddler who likes to spill things! My husband and I decided we will plan to get our carpets cleaned yearly after today's visit and I know we will use this company again. Great job!
