I used to drive out to Springfield or Newport to see movies because this theater had seen better days, but ever since Cinemark renovated I much prefer this theater. The lobby looks great and the "Luxury Lounger" chairs are really comfortable and offer plenty of row space even when reclined.

Went to see happy death day. Customer service was amazing as usual with fast delivery at the snack bar and so comfortable in the reclining seats as a mom of 4i about got a free nap without disruption lol.

Cinemark Western Hills 14 the First Cinemark in the tri-state area with leather reclining seats and assigned seating this is a great theater in a great location. I wish they had more concessions staff especially right before the movie is getting ready to start.

Newly renovated. They serve beer and wine. We waited a almost 15 minutes in the concession line for some reason. This was the weekend "IT" came out and it didn't look like they were staffed correctly. Still a great theater and the seats are awesome.

Everything Was perfect, the way movie viewing is suppose to be! From the moment we arrived with our pre-ordered tickets, to the concessions counter, which has "Starbucks Coffee" now, and making our way to our pre-selected seats that recline and are wide enough to accommodate the average American. The temperature, the aisle width, and even the the lighting in the theater was perfection! Thank You Cinemark

The SEATS! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the seats. They recline, they are big, you can see the screen no matter what. Its nice to have an assigned seat and if you order your tickets for the show you want early enough guaranteed best seats that you want. That way you can get there for a really popular movie and not have to stand in line dor an hour hoping you get good seats. They are remodeling the concession area right now and it is really looking great. This is my go to theater. My family who live in Florence will make the drive just because of the seats.

This is my go to theater. The recliner seats are the most comfortable seats I've had the pleasure of sitting in. Newly renovated lobby. Always clean. Never too crowded. Discount Tuesday isn't a bad deal either.

Seats are comfy. In the middle of construction but they do a good job working around it. Bathrooms could be cleaned more often. Seems like every time I go there the bathrooms have paper towels or toilet paper on the floor and the sinks are a mess.

It was fun the screens were so big a the loungers are so so comfy as my dad says putting up the recliner is the first thing I do. But we never get food or drinks there because they are way overpriced.

This theater features power recliners! They have all major releases, plenty of theaters, and many showtimes. Often they even have early showings. Discount Tuesday is a killer deal at $6 a ticket.

Currently renovating the lobby, but did have a great selection of food and snacks.

My friend Taylor and I refer to this as "our theater". She and I see movies almost bi-weekly, and we ALWAYS come to this location. This wouldn't be particularly notable, however, we both live in Oxford and it's a ~40 min drive (one way) depending on traffic. There are a few closer theaters to us, but we're in love with this location.

They have student discounts toward the end of the week, and half-priced tickets on Tuesdays. The reclining seats are the best I've yet to experience.
