The service was great at first. A week later the deal fell through and no one thought to call me until I called them about tar spot all over the car. When I got there they redid my paperwork and told me to come back the follow week to service my car. I called them at 2 p.m. to make sure that I was coming and no one called me back until 5:30 when I was on my way. To only tell me that the 2nd deal fell through as well. They lied and submitted my app to the first bank with false information and when called to verify I told them the correct information that is why the first deal fell through. The 2nd fell through because they didn't tell the 2nd bank that I am a temp and they verified and it fell through. At first they act like they couldn't refund my money because they needed a certain paper, then went to the finance area and had the person that processed my paperwork to refund my money. Now I went to have them refund my down payment on 12/9 and my bank shows no pending refund from them and no one will return my call. This is bad service and will let people know not the best place.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Bryson my sales rep was great and answered all my questions. Me. Sweeney made sure that I was personally taken care of and I feel like they went way above and beyond to make sure my buying experience was a great one. Very fair on pricing and the value of having a top notch service department that actually wants your business is hard to put a price on.. I just want to thank ALL the guys and gals at Walt Sweeney Ford for a fantastic buying experience! I will be sending more family and friends there for sure.

The staff is super friendly! Brett was an awesome salesman and made things simple and straightforward for this first time car buyer. Vanessa was very helpful as well and made the financing aspect as easy as possible. Thanks guys!!

Bob Luchsinger was very helpful. We felt no pressure throughout the process. We were able to convey what we wanted in a Ford Explorer and he was able to set us up with a vehicle that met all of our wants and needs. We will definitely keep Walt Sweeney Ford in mind when we look for our next vehicle.

Went in for an oil change or what these guys like to call "the werks package" which is just shy of 50 bucks. Which is supposed to include an oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection and 99 point vehicle inspection. After leaving my car there for a few hours I received a call saying it was all finished up and ready to go. So I picked my car up got it home and looked over it to make sure everything was taken care of. As soon as I started looking over the car I realized the tires where never rotated like it was stated they were going to do which then rolls into them not doing a brake inspection as well because how can you possibly inspect the brakes if the tires don't come off the car. So when I called to report these issues I spoke with Jamie who I'm guessing is the service manager who informed me that his guys wouldn't miss something like that and basically made it seem like I was incorrect that his guys did everything they were supposed to. i can 100% tell you his guys didn't do what they were supposed to and his only suggestion was that I bring my car back in so that he can, "re rotate the tires and re inspect the brakes" At that point I got upset because how can you re rotate something that was never rotated and same goes for the brakes. you were never re doing anything cause it was never done in the first place. And if something that easily could be forgotten about or just didn't want to do it then why would I bring my car back up there so you can mistreat it again. I Brought my ford to a ford dealership expecting the highest level of service and instead what I got was ripped off and then talked to like I was imagining things and that my tires had actually been rotated and brakes had been inspected. The reason I know this stuff wasn't done is because I hand wash and polish my car every Sunday morning and I know what wheels are in what places and those wheels did not move. Seems stupid to get this upset over a tire rotation and brake inspection and I honestly would of never written the review if management had handled it differently versus making it seem like it was my fault and that if I wanted to bring my car up there again so they can re do the work! Very poor experience and I will never ever bring my car back to these guys. Very unfortunate.

I had a great experience at Walt Sweeney Ford! I took a 30 minute test drive to make sure that the SUV was the one for me over a variety of road terrains. I was treated with very helpful staff that answered all my questions or went out of their way to find the answer. I was given a great

I bought a used car from the dealership on Harrison & Race road. Dealt with a young man named Brad, a very nice young man, on my first trip to test drive the car everything went very smooth, the loan was approved over night. went back the next day because this car was for my daughter and i wanted to drive it out on the highway to make sure this was a solid car, something i could trust the safety of my little girl in. This time i dealt with Walt Jr. i very nice young man too, i explained what i wanted to do and he put plates on the car and gave me the keys. I returned 4 hours later and still loved the car, made arrangements to take delivery on the car 4 hours later. I had a couple of requests to be done to the car before taking delivery, they were ALL taken care of promptly My experience with Walt Sweeney Ford was more than satisfying. I worked with Pat McMahon on purchasing my 2012 Fusion. I knew I needed to stay within my monthly budget, so that was my main priority while searching. I was not vehicle specific but Pat helped me choose this Fusion, made sure the service department had all the fluids filled up, made sure I had gasoline, and made sure I could see all of the previous service records as well as a full history of the vehicle. It was service there with them, so that provided me with an extra level of comfort knowing what I was getting in to. I've been in my Fusion almost a full month now and love it. I am thankful to Walt Sweeney's team (including Megan in finance, she really helped explain everything to me as a first time buyer, and made sure I had a full understanding of what was going on) for helping me have such a great experience!

I came to Walt Sweeney and was expecting my vehicle to be totaled. Not only were they able to save it, they did an amazing job as well. They put me at ease through the entire process and even worked with the rental car company to extend the rental for me. I HIGHLY recommend using this place. All of the employees are awesome!
