This restaurant was very professional with excellent service. Tony took care of everything my wife and I needed. The cowboy steak is perfection and melts in your mouth. If you ever are passing through Cincinatti and want to try the best steak of your life you have to go here. Now I just need to sell my first born child for a bite of the A5 Waygu. Thanks guys.

I've been to a lot of signature steak houses in cities across the country. I'm sure I'm a little biased, but Nobody Does it Better Than This Place. No better Ruby's restaurant than the original either.

Travis was an incredible waiter! Super attentive, helpful with the menu, and was there for anything we needed. He made our total experience amazing. Couldn’t recommend a better place!

The service was amazing, our waiter was Pedro; he was very attentive and suggested steaks that literally ruined every steak I ha e ever had. The mac and cheese was great and the creamed corn was by far the highlight of our night; aside from the steaks that is. Looking forward to coming back and asking for Pedro again.

Food was ok but service was great! For all the hype we didn't think the food was all that spectacular, I had the chicken which had a good flavor but was very tough, my boyfriend had the steak he said the outside was pretty charred (although he said the inside was very moist) & said that it had several fatty pieces, they also have a pretty limited menu to choose from. However, we couldn't complain about the service, the manager made several (4-5) trips to our table to check on us & even the bus-boy was very attentive throughout the entire meal. Server was very knowledgeable about food dishes. We went on a Friday night-it was very loud (even sitting across the restaurant from the "stage") not necessarily the perfect setting for a quiet/romantic dinner. Not sure we would go back, but would recommend to go at least once & check it out!

This is the place to go if you are looking for a high end steakhouse experience. The food is exceptional and the service is impeccable. It is this attention to detail that elevates Jeff Ruby's to a level of distinction above the other fine dining establishments in the area. They strive to make sure that your satisfaction as a guest in their restaurant is unparalleled in the industry. Absolutely recommend for a remarkable evening of dining at it's best.

The owner of the company I work for was in town on business about three months ago, went in to Ruby's starving. He did not have reservations, and there was a two hour wait. So a very nice lady named Sam, from the bar, got him a table and some chairs and took very good care of him. So much so he has instructed me to deliver a Teak Propeller that she really likes to her. He told me that it was one of the best dinning experiences he'd ever had. He had to order more props and they just came in. Could you please tell me when would be a good time to deliver Sam her gift?

Food and service was fantastic as we have come to expect from Ruby establishments. This was our first time here, quite a different atmosphere than the other two restaurants. We did experience a couple hiccups but management went out of their way to make it right so I won't bother with the detail. All in all, a great spot and I always look forward to spending the extra money to get the best service and steak a guy can buy.

We had our sons Rehearsal Dinner at Jeff Ruby's Steak House and it was exceptional! Kathy Davis is a pro at planning and making it all seem effortless! Our servers were exceptional as well! The food all came out at one time and the filets were perfect. Our quests could not stop talking about the food. The wine servers never let anyone get low.it just flowed! If you are looking for a place that can make your evening unforgettable..Call Ruby's!

I liked this place. I didn't get to try as much as I would have liked, but left overly full wishing I had room to try a few more things. I started with a Caesar Salad. It was very good. Strong flavor, good amount of dressing, good mix of hearts & leaf. One of the better Caesar's that I've had.

We had the asparagus as a side to share and it paled in comparison with my salad and steak from a flavor standpoint. Not because it was just asparagus, but because it didn't have any real seasoning or flavor to it. Nothing that I couldn't have easily made at home and likely enjoyed more.

I had the cowboy cut which was cooked perfectly and brought huge flavor. It had a nice char on the outside, but solid pink throughout. I didn't have a bad bite. Generally with this cut I find one or two bites with that impossible to chew fat/skin. None of that on this piece of meat. Not sure if this makes my top 3-5, but very good and in my top 7 for sure.

Service was great; decor was unique and added to the experience. Not much downside here.

AMAZING!!! As a Dayton native "The Pine Club" is the Mecca of fine steak dining. I made reservations for my wife and I's 10 year wedding anniversary at Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse in downtown Cincinnati. Best dining experience I have ever had. They went the EXTRA mile in regards to everything. The steak was perfect, the sides just as perfect, and to top it off we were surprised with a complimentary slice of cheesecake, and our waiter snapped a photograph of my wife and I which he brought back to our table in a nice paper frame. All I can say is wow! BRAVO and we will certainly be returning.

Jeff Ruby does it again!! Another perfect evening, made even more perfect with exceptional service and even more exceptional food. We came to Jeff Ruby's to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and honestly, you really can't do better in Cincinnati. We were treated with care and kid gloves through the reservation and also throughout the evening. No detail was overlooked.

The interior is very "old New York" and masculine. The perfect upscale steakhouse, without seeming cold or "put on". Our waiter was attentive and respectful, offering valuable suggestions and feedback.

We started with the crab cocktail, which was served with arugula on a smokey balsamic. It was wonderful! Then we both couldn't resist the center cut filet, Oscar style. A MUST. The steak here is everything! We also enjoyed the famous Mac and cheese which was sinful. I cannot recommend an evening at a Jeff Ruby restaurant enough!
