The theater has been updated to have much nicer seating and it's all reserved, which is great. Sadly, the seats don't go back quite far enough. I have to take a pillow so my neck doesn't get hurt, too, but it works well.

Management really couldn't care less about the poor service in rest rooms and other issues, but the new seating is nice.

This location has luxury Lounges for their Cinemark XD screens. The seats are basically motorized recliners. I have watched Thor Ragnarok and Justice league on their XD screens. It's really fun to watch and the seats are very comfy. Would definitely go back again.. The audio is good, but not as "Loud" as you want them to be. Could use a little more volume though

Best movie theater in the area. It has all reserved reclining seating. You can purchase your seats online & arrive just before the movie starts. No going early to try to get your favorite seats! It has very friendly staff, fair prices, & clean!

Very confusing set up, and to ask the staff any questions, the gentleman who I assume was the manager had a very "get out of my face and stop asking questions kind of attitude." seats are nice, though. I love the seats.

I've been living in the area for the last 4 years and can confidently say Ive never had a bad experience here. Theaters and lobby are always clean and seem updated, seats are comfortable, and the picture and audio equipment performs like it should. They also offer half off Tuesdays as well as other specials and promos. As if the theater wasn't already up to par, they just added "luxury loungers" which feature electric reclining leather seats with a table for snacks. The new set up also is built with a barrier wall for the rows in front and behind you which allows you to get even more immersed in the movie. I have been to theaters which offer wait staff with a small menu with alcohol, but Cinemark in Robinson still deserves 5 stars!

The new recliners they put in are amazing, before the recliners this rating would have been a 4 at best. Makes being at the movies more bearable. Great theater, a bit pricey on snacks though. Bonus, you have Robinson's finest on duty here every night.

Absolutely love this theater! The seats are very comfortable, the movies play on time, and the concession items are quite good for "theater food." Have plenty of standard, 3D, and XD options for main movies. Also I enjoy their 6 movie classic, and special event deals (such as live boxing, mma, etc.)

Ok theater new, so seats are comfy. Parking is terrible, food is way overpriced, staff is indifferent.

Nice location by our home. Love the popcorn, snacks, available seating and how clean the movie theater is. Downside is the parking at Settlers Ridge is always limited and prices like any movie theater are high. Cinemark occasionally plays some classics and has a rewards program. Would be nice if they had a gift card you could purchase through Giant Eagle!

Me and my family were watching beauty and beast on 3/19/17 7:20 xd show some person complained 3 time abut me using phone and each time it was false when person come from management. At end we had to leave movie while we were harassed. When coming out same group was doing to other side another group. It's shameful that we had to leave without any reason called cop but according to management person who was accusing me of using phone left. Very unfortunate that cops came and couldn't do anything because they don't have installed cameras system. Please if you are minority be careful visiting this place.

It's the only cinema theatre in moon/Robinson and the location is very nice. I just wish they had little bigger screens but overall it's a very nice n clean cinema theatre. Parking is not always easy close to theatre. It's very busy on weekends.
