  This place is incredible! The owner is amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. The products are exquisite (love the watches). The service is helpful but not pushy. Other reviews mentioned being ignored. I never felt this way. Rather my space was respected, however, i knew my questions would readily be answered. This place is a real treat to visit with a very smooth, no pressure transaction process. This is how a jewlery store should be.

  Extremely overpriced merchandise. Horrible customer service. My wife's wedding ring took 4 tries to get right my wedding band was wrong and my wife's engagement ring was not ready on time. Worst of all i went to pick it up when they screwed the date up andnthey set ths stone in 5 minutes and charged me 275 bucks. Dont waste ur time

  Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service! Do NOT waste your time going here. They told me they couldn't repair/replace my necklace that had missing stones. I only had it for 9 months! Not one but two employees spoke over me and made it very clear they didn't want anything to do with me. Never returning here, my hubby and I will take our purchases elsewhere.

  Quick and effective service. Took watch in for battery replacement (as shop was closing), was phoned next day to collect, very reasonable price. Friendly service by jeweler and assistant. Wide variety of jewelry items available

  I have been a avid jewelry and timepiece purchaser for many years in Pittsburgh and must say that when Bailey Banks and Biddle went out of business in the Ross Park Mall I could not find any store in Pittsburgh that had the selection and quality that Casa Doro has. They do have some products that are expensive but one has to realize the amount of work it takes to make exquisite jewelry that will last.
  
  I have also been impresses with the quality of service and how knowledgeable the staff is about their products and dont push you to buy anything.
  
  I also enjoy the Casa Doro location as there is a beautiful lobby to contemplate your purchase or wait for your purchase while having lunch or dinner at the adjacent restaurant.
