I love this theater! Free, easily accessed parking (barring special events in the area). Nice decor-love the star photos. I appreciate the policy re: kids so most of the problems from their past crowds is nearly non-existent. Comfortable seats with plenty of leg room. Theaters of varying sizes so you can see the big blockbuster on a big screen or the romantic indie on a more intimate one. I've only seen 1 movie in the VIP lounge and it was not busy so I didn't encounter problems with sight lines but see how a fuller showtime could be problematic. Always courteous staff. Have had to wait at times in line for tickets but you're indoors and I'm seldom there at the last minute so it's never made me late for the movie. The theaters and bathrooms are usually clean although sometimes big weekend crowds are hard to keep up with. I found out that the listings of their showtimes at the box office have the VIP showings in yellow so you can either plan for or avoid that but I don't think there is any indication of this when you check the website for movie times. Maybe it's there and I missed it but it's only problematic if you're coming with kids. And as all the reviews have said, ticket prices are the best in town. Concessions are comparably priced.

My wife, kids and I went to see Wonder at 11:20 am on Sunday Dec 03, 2017 It was a VIP showing. That means 21 and over. That's sad that you're worried about alcohol sales at 11 in the morning instead of a family having a good time.

My family and I went to see the movie Wonder at the 11:20 showing this morning. We were told that the first showing was for VIP customers. Meaning the ticket cost more and you had to be 21 years old. So you are telling me that the first show at 11:20 on a Sunday morning is for the ones who want to have alcoholic beverages ? Priorities totally wrong ! If you want an adult only viewing time how about in the evening ? Not 11:20 in the morning. I guess it's all about the almighty dollar..very sad 😨

Some say "you just can't beat the cheap ticket prices". I say there just might be a reason why they are so cheap. The only good thing is the VIP section but even that is sub par at best. The biggest beef I have is that there is someone always in the theater talking or a phone going off and they won't do a thing about it. It's honestly ruined movies for me. I think it's due to the location, sorry but it's true. A lot of the people who go there are just rude and loud. If you want to actually enjoy a movie go to Alamo Drafthouse Downtown!!!

I was not happy about my experience here. Was there for a birthday celebration for a family friend. They had rented a VIP room. Several problems throughout. The movie that was to be shown had a PG rating. At the beginning we realized it was an R rating. The movie was American Assassin. We had small children present. The birthday person had informed staff. Then informed us it was the wrong movie and they were going to change it. The children were ushered out. Twenty minutes later - the movie was still playing. Thirty minutes later - no change. I went out and asked the birthday person what was going on. He informed me the manager stated since we were 30 mins. in they were going to let it continue. AND DIDNT OFFER ANYTHING FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I informed the birthday person that that was B___S____!!
Next step: HE NEEDED TO CONTACT THE CORPORATE OFFICE. Considering this happened this past weekend I am sure the birthday person will get it straightened out. This was my 1st and last time here. He should be compensated because it was the theaters fault. Over priced food and drinks. I am seriously considering boycotting and protesting. I HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS AND AVOIDS THIS PLACE.

Took a chance and saw a movie there last weekend despite the horrible reviews. They have updated their policy regarding kids under the 18 - they are now required to have an adult guardian which has clearly helped with the disruptions. The concession service was fast and professional, food tasted good, ticket price was very good, seats were comfortable. Only complaint was the odor in the theatre - it vaguely smelled of old vomit that hadn't been properly cleaned in the past. A good scrubbing of each theatre needs to be done. Oh, and the one esculator going UP needs to work - walking up sucked!

My daughter and I had planned to see a mid week evening movie. However, we changed our minds. One clerk and 15 minutes of standing in line. We figured we had missed to much of the start of the movie. Other patrons decided the same. Not having enough staff is an issue. We've made a decision to not be patrons of this theatre. This has happened many times before. The movie has begun before we can even get our tickets. Cinemark palace is in my neighborhood it's unfortunate we will have to travel out of our community to see a movie.

We went to a movie at 1:55pm. The tickets were $4.35 each so for 8 of us to go was just over $36! Lots of leg room and very comfortable seats. Love this place.

Worst experience I have ever had I'm 15 and they won't let me in because they serve liquor. Oh I see they don't want to ruin my brain because they just serve adult drinks. For gods sake I can do it way worse things that's just drink. I understand a no child theatre but god

Very affordable and fun movie theatre. Seats are comfortable. Very reasonable prices. Their special dining room theatre is not somewhere I want to visit again, though. There isn't stadium seating in this theatre, so it is a little hard to see. Lots of distracting noise in the theatre that the surround sound doesn't drown out. I will keep visiting in the other theatres though.

One of my favorite theaters in town due to its unique location and insanely cheap ticket prices. Any movie before 5 or 6 PM is only $4.50. You just can't beat that. Some of the theaters are a little small, and the VIP theater is essentially just a living room with a big screen TV, so I can't recommend it unless you like people's heads getting in your way. But most of the screens are pretty good, and if you're seeing the biggest movie of the weekend, you'll be in the big stadium screen.

The ticket prices are the lowest in town, the popcorn (buttered) is very good, I don't know what the other places use on their popcorn but it's not good. The food process are about the same as anywhere else though. It's clean, looks nice, the seats are comfortable, and there are a lot of choices for movies. They also have a special theater with waiters and drinks and single loungers. We don't go in there much, but it's very nice and I would prefer to do that more often. Nice if you haven't already eaten before your movie.
