Unacceptable. Cinemagic has always been a so so theater. Not overly clean, sound always turned up to loud. I had tickets to see Star Wars, Last Jedi. The movie theater is full. Supposed to start at 7. At 7:30, they announced that the projector was broke and would be another 30-60 minutes. They knew the theater would be full, but never tested the equipment. I have had friends complain about Cinemagic Merrimack and now I am one of them. Will never set foot in there again.

Bought tickets online. Easy to pickup up online tickets. We like the comfortable seats and the fact that we can select them Takes some of the stress out of going to the movies if you're cutting it close on time.

If you purchase your ticket at the theater with the new automated system you are required to select a seat next to an already purchased seat. There is no sign or written explanation of this technicality. I had to find out from the ticket-taker who explained to me that if I wanted to choose my own seat that I had to go through concessions. At this point I had already bought my ticket and at the time when I was purchasing my ticket the concession line was a mile long anyway, so if I had known about that I probably would have just suffered getting the required seat next to a complete stranger instead of waiting in that extremely long line. I was also disappointed by the lack of customer service when I did express my concern about this. A manager had come over and instead of addressing the matter with me like I thought she was going to do, she interrupted my discussion with the girl and spoke about a completely different topic with her. I couldn't believe the apparent lack of training in effective customer service at that location, and I will probably just use Netflix in the future.

Moving to a lot of self-service, which I like. Seats are comfortable and you're able to buy tix and reserve your favorite seats from home. One wish: more "art house" movies.

This is our go to theater. Usually no detractors; small arcade area and plenty of refreshments, I think they may even sale beer. Usually ample parking.

Movie theatre was fine/ very good. Concessions lousy. We got to The cinema couple of minutes before movie started only one couple in front of us Waiting for ever just to get popcorn while 4 kids horsing around in back room actually putting plastic bag over another kids head. Don't think he was in any real danger as they'd take it off but annoying while waiting to be waited on. Job #1 is do your job.

The ability to pick your seat ahead of time and just stroll into the movies is great. Was able to pick up best seats in the house for a movie the kids wanted to see and the super comfy seating is just great. Of course at close to $80 for 4 people is a lot but if you don't go to the movies often its fine.

Love this theater because it's local and tucked down a side road so it's usually not crowded. It has large, comfy leather chairs, and it's clean. I like that you reserve your seating and that the theater abides by this policy. Helps when you have little one who are best seated on the outside aisles towards the back!

Very crowded on Friday & Saturday nights as to be expected at any movie theater. However there is no organization to the lines when it is more crowded and people can get frustrated from the chaos of unorganized lines.

Additionally, while still relatively new, all of the other regional theaters have been renovated since this was built, so it's probably up next on the list of theaters to need a renovation.

That said, still a solid theater and probably the one I go to most.

My friends brother works there. It is a lot of fun and it's comfortable. It's great to go when you have a group of friends and all want to see a movie. It is a family friendly place and I suggest you go.

The upgrades made earlier in 2016 are great. The new, larger larger seats are very comfortable. The switch to reserved seating is also a welcome change. I just saw Rogue One here on opening night, and with the reserved seating, it allowed people to arrive on their own schedule and not worry about getting there early for a good seat. This resulted in the lobby not being overcrowded. As for the concessions, the quality of the popcorn has improved. While I haven't seen the size of the new beers offered, I'm a little perplexed that a beer is only $4 while a Coke is $6+. My biggest complaint is the lack of 3D movies. Cinemagic made the decision to eliminate the extra cost that 3D movies have, but at the same time, they stopped playing 3D movies almost entirely. Granted, many movies are just fine in 2D, but there are some where 3D is better.
