For the price this is a great place to stay. The room was comfortable. The pool and hot tub as one would hope for. Plenty of places for food and drink walking distance away.

Expected "economy" & got "nice" accommodations! Very clean, nice breakfast, sparkling pool & hot tub. Got much more than I had expected, based on the low rate.

The hospitality was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel. Everyone was very friendly and loved to interact with our children. The pool was well kept and was fun! The sheets on the bed were changed after our first night so that made me feel good about cleanliness. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because everything was dated and dingy. The carpet and doors looked old and really worn. But if you don't care too much about looks and just want a comfy, clean room, this is it!

Good location; close to public transit and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly. Rooms could be nicer. The hotel was listed as a 3.5 star on the booking site, but was more like a 2 star in reality.

Great value hotel. Clean & convenient with the friendliest and most helpful staff I have come across at any hotel. Nice, clean, although somewhat small pool. Nice maintained hot tub, and very clean common areas. Rooms are basic, but very clean and we'll appointed. Will be using for my future trips to Schaumburg area.

Love it here!Very clean! Very friendly at home atmosphere! Indoor pool & Jacuzzi always clean! Great continental breakfast especially on Sundays!

Very nice hotel for the name. it looks better then a lot of them i've been in. the breakfast wasn't all that but the ladies there at nice were wonderful. this the first time at a hotel i didn't complain about the bathroom everything was CLEAN. I think they need more help in the mornings it's a bit hectic.

We planned a multi-stop vacation, and booked our room on a discount site. The accommodations were great! The location is within a short drive to the city, and many attractions are close. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average, but the waffles were great. The pool was the only thing that could have been better--it was freezing cold in June!

Nice hotel. Our room's keys didn't work at check-in. After trying 2 sets, they moved us to a different room. But room was missing 3 light bulbs, and they could only find us 2. It was missing a "do not disturb" sign. When we asked for a couple extra pillows and blankets, they gave us the blankets, but said that they were out of pillows. (Try the room with the non-functional locks?). Evening desk help seems to disappear for long stretches. But rooms are nice, clean, and modern. Very good breakfast. Small pool.

Staff was extremely friendly during check in and check out. Room was adequate; however, it did not match description of my booking reservation. We were excited about the indoor pool, but it is very small and shallow. Better for families, not so much for adults. The Hot Tub was great though. I also appreciated the fact that they had coffee, Tea, and water available 24/7 in the lobby. Overall it was a satisfactory visit.

Nice breakfast and staff. Very close to suburban malls and restaurants. Short drive to multiple Metra lines for downtown access. No fridge or microwaves in room. Pool in the smaller side but well-kept.

Could use a little update for a 3 star. Breakfast was not fresh and very limited. Cook the sausage more offer ham. Nice room. For a 3 starvand a suite it should have a microwave and Fridge. Pillows are comfy. Othereise wont repeat unless its the last choice or improved.

Loved staying at the hotel. Staff was courteous and helping. Had neat and clean non smoking rooms. Had Great wifi .Great room service. And the thing I am worried most about, clean beds and floors. Had regular breakfast including bagels, donuts, waffles, milk and juice, etc. Overall I had a positive experience. Would definitely recommend
