Double wide store that a lot of running gear and shoes to purchase. I picked up my running packet but did not have time to shop. Will return to try on shoes next time my tread is worn. Friendly staff work at this easy to find location.

Everyone there was helpful even close to closing time. They helped me to pick a running shoe in the correct size and style. Also, they got my shoe size from a different Dick Pond store since they didn't have it in stock at their store.

I highlyyyyyyy recommend and love Dick Pond Athletics running / walking shoes store!! Great colors and styles and selection and plenty of parking !! Awesome A+ Custimer Seevice received by me from Joe today!! I have been buying gym shoes from their Schaumburg store for prob the last 10 years, with the Manager Debbie now retired . They moved but I followed them n bought a couple new pairs to use to start exercising again !! Go check them out and all the cool shoes- treat yourself . I did!!

I would like to thank Karie at Dick Pond Athletics in Hoffman Estates. My grandmother is 94 years old and due to her old age can be very difficult at times. She has many problems with her feet and finding the right shoes to alleviate her painful condition requires patience that would try even the most skilled caregivers. Karie was OUTSTANDING. Not only in the kindness she showed toward my grandmother but in her knowledge and expertise. This woman knows her stuff and is top notch in customer service. We had to bring my grandmother in at least three times and each and every time she was remarkable in helping us. Thank you Karie and Dick Pond. We are very, very grateful!
