This is the worst experience getting care. Have been waiting for the second time over 2 hours to be seen with 5 plus people waiting with me all complaining!! This is not where you want to go if you need respect for your time. It appears to be a greedy practice scheduling as many as possible patients for the same time slots creating chaos rather than care

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not ever waste your time here. The staff is rude, they overbook, and their doctor-patient communication is awful. While waiting for two hours to be seen, I witnessed a receptionist argue with a patient (who did not speak English very well) about her account balance for fifteen minutes, telling the patient it was her fault and that she needed to pay an overdue balance, only to look over the billing again and realize it was actually the mistake of the person who submitted the insurance wrong. She never apologized and just told the woman to "have a seat". I paid $75 just to get "fitted" for contacts whereas Costco is $30. I ended up needing a the original prescription that I had come in with, which was about a half a power higher than the prescription they gave me and the refused to give me the original prescription without making another appointment. Which is also a huge problem considering that I have told them on multiple occasions that I work 7am-6pm every day and I am unable to get off work for another appointment before I move to Texas in July. I basically wasted $75 considering they will not give me a prescription and that I will have to see another doctor in Texas in order to obtain the correct prescription. I was trying to get all of my appointments in order before I move but now I have to redo this one. Not only have they been continuously rude to me, in person and over the phone but I have witnessed the staff be so rude to other people that I almost intervened. I nor my family will ever recommend this place to anyone or be back in the future.

I liked Dr. Pietrowski. He took time to explain the procedure and results. He earned my trust.
However office and billing staff are horrible. Resolving billing issues or getting any help is not possible. Will not be returning to this office.

I will never recommend this place based upon my experience. They did not treat the condition I had. They should have made it from the questions they asked and the answers I provided based upon the symptoms I had. Anyway they took me in and I told them my prescription were almost new and I do not need to be tested for new power. But they did the test and charged me for it extra. I told them that I had informed the Dr about it and they promptly refuned the money. But the issue is that they did not treat vision problems in low light and referred me to another Dr in the same building. Both eyes were dialated and I could not do anything else that day. They just tested and said there is nothing they can see and a specialist must be seen and will refer.

They did not even know or check if the other Dr does the required tests. I went there and they looked at the referral (they also asked so many questions before making the appointment) and they too dialated the eyes and kept me waiting for long. They also just did the basic check and told me that they do not have the equipments to do the required tests and will have to be seen by another specialist (I will write a separate review for them). I went back to Suburban Associates and told them that the other Dr dialated and then told me they do not do the required tests there and asked them why they referred me there. They had no answer and promptly apologized.

If they don't treat a condition they must say that upfront and let the patients know and ask go to somewhere else. After going there they tell us they don't treat and send us to other Dr who again do not have the equipments to perform the required tests. I request SA to be more upfront and at least do the basic homework on what Dr does what tests

The doctor was careless and inattentive. The prescription that she wrote was illegible. When I asked the clerk at the desk to ask the doctor what it said, she wrote in the numbers that she thought she saw over the numbers on the prescription. I have to take my son elsewhere to get a real prescription. Completely unprofessional, lazy and sloppy.
