10/11/17 True to my word I went back but for new rims. Had great service from every single person there. My car looks great and they took great care to get everything done right and keep it nice and clean in the process

2016 - Never had a bad experience here. Lots of friendly and knowledgeable staff. Willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and don't nickle and dime you for every little thing

I will 100% get my next tires from them.

Make sure you go there with 4 perfect tires or they will force you to buy a new one and not let you leave till you pay them. Awful awful experience.NEVER getting my business again. 1 star is generous since I can't give 0 stars.

LONG wait and damaged fender. Waited for over an hour to get two new tires put on to get home and find my driver side fender pushed out almost an inch. VERY ANGRY! Spent the last 2 hours fixing it so it looks "better" because someone dosent know how to use a jack properly. NOT recommending to anyone!

After getting new tires and spending even extra money on certing the new tires we found a rather large new scratch above the driver door handle. Of course the company denied it even though we brought the concern to management even before we left.

These guys took care of me very well. I went during Black Friday bought continental tires since they had amazing rebates going on for them. I had to special order them since the don't sell them in stores as much. When the tires went on back order they allowed me to replace those tires and still keep my rebates. I was allowed to order a different brand so I picked the Pirelli P7 plus which was my number one choice but at the time no rebates for them. There was a hiccup when I picked up my car at closing time I noticed they put on the wrong Pirelli tires but they let me drive off with them and fixed it first thing in the morning. Good service, they really do go above and beyond to help, especially the manager Mike. Thank you discount tire!

My wife called to check on the status of our car. Karl told my wife the car was "In the shop." We got separated at Menards so I walked over to see if she was here. Decided to sit down. Heard the whole conversation not knowing it was my wife he was speaking to. She called me back to tell me and see where i was at. Problem is, our car was still in the parking lot. Had not been serviced yet. Karl would not own up to his lie when confronted. Taking my car to ntb.
