What can I say? My girlfriend LOVES coming here and we always have such a fun time. Most recently we celebrated what turned out to be the worst birthday I have ever had here. Chumash was the only part of the whole weekend that went well. Our overall experience has ALWAYS been a positive one here at Chumash Casino.

Been there twice for Thanksgiving and the offerings are great! The wait is horrible though. They need to do something better to get people seated. The casino is also nice to hit after eating though there was no craps.

Great casino. I live in Los Angeles, and far prefer to drive up the extra distance and time for this rather than San Manuel or Morongo. Good games, and the table games start at $5 min! Can't do much better anywhere else. And the buffet was plenty worth it, many options and cooked the BBQ better than some BBQ restaurants even. Will be back within 30 days for the extra $$$ slot play!

The service is great and the slot machines are fun. I just wish there was a good craps game for me. Otherwise it's always a good time and I always have fun playing here.

Not a bad casino. They have a lot of non-gambling amenities in the casino like food and drink places. They also have a seating area in the center of the casino if you just want to sit and take a break. We greatly appreciated that. The gaming options were okay, but not many video poker machines. The ones that they had were not set with very goo payouts.

We entered the casino without a welcome. With the exception of the rewards desk ,the bartender at the high limit bar and the cashier at the cage no one went out of their way to say hello Kind of weird..the staff at the casinos in the area we live in are extremely friendly We went on Saturday night. There was no live music. ..disappointing I enjoy playing video poker..it was hard to find a video poker machine The only other commentt I have is that it was almost impossible to get a drink there. They had one coffee cart in the casino. Otherwise you had to go to the bar for a drink. Overall the casino wasn't well thought out and didn't really appeal to us. Too bad. .it's a missed opportunity.since its the only casino in the area

Beautiful, modern room! Luxurious king bed. However, even though it was a nonsmoking room, the smell lingers in the room. Casino and parking garage is a great size. Free valet parking available at the front of the hotel. Food court has decent food. The Cafe is a little over priced, but it is a casino/hotel. They try to keep you on their premises without having to sacrifice your casino time. I really enjoyed the room, so I would consider staying here again.

Though I didn't stay at the hotel, I'll talk about the buffet. I liked the buffet and the food was really good! The staff were really nice and helped us get seated. Though it was a bit pricey when we paid, we enjoyed eating there. After eating, I when to the dessert area and got (I think it was called the Melted Cookie) chocolate cookie. There where more desserts like pie which looked nice. Other than that we enjoyed our time eating there! :)

I have been a patron of this establishment since 2014, and having been to several other casino resorts, I can definitely say that it is worth the visit. Although they just recently expanded, hotel wise, it is very clean, very good rooms, good amenities, and very accommodating staff. The casino itself is not as smoky as you would think, and based on my experiences with other casinos, the machines are better. They're not tight as hell like the other SoCal casinos I know. It also rewards its players a very good amount of free play that you can enjoy every week and other free perks such as comped rooms. As a player, it pays to get these rooms for free, but being just a visitor once in a while and having to pay for their rooms is quite costly compared to others. Overall, a good place to visit and good attractions nearby that you can enjoy.

Great staff especially the front desk supervisor on duty yesterday afternoon who went out of her way to help us solve an issue we had. Thank you for your help. For me the major downside to the hotel is ALL rooms are non-smoking and if I pay $200/night I expect to be able to smoke in my room. We won't be staying here again.

I sign of a good casino is the cleanliness of their restrooms. I used 2 different locations and both were very clean. As far as the gambling, i only played black jack. They had $5, $10, and $15 minimum bet tables. The dealers were friendly enough, one in particular was down right fun! What could improve? I would only suggest a bigger non smoking area with table games.

My sister-in-law and I ate at the buffet and had an awesome experience. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and there was a wide variety of it from Mexican food to sea food to pizza and yummy desserts. Afterwards we went back down to play at the casino and received $25 promo money when we signed up for their membership card. The casino is a little smokey but there is a non-smoking area where it was much more pleasant. We only played the slots, but there were enough different machines to choose from.

My wife and I wanted to visit the casino and check out the remodel. We were very impressed. The place now feels like a "real" casino. We ate at their cafe and had mixed experience. Although the service was slow (there was maybe 5 tables being used) the food was great. The U burger was HUGE! And my wife's salad was fresh and well served. We'll be back for sure and try out the rest of the menu.
