  Worst experience I've ever had with a shipping company. I ordered parts to fix my car's broken windshield wipers on the evening of 2/28, and according to the tracking info, Spee-Dee picked up the package the next day, 3/1. They then proceeded to do nothing with it for the next six days. On the morning of 3/7, the tracking page said it was out for delivery with the location listed as St Cloud. Great! I'm only 90 minutes away, so I was hopeful it would make good progress on its way to me. However, nine hours later, the package was scanned into their system as having arrived back in St. Cloud. Did they just drive it around the city on a truck all day? How is it possible for them to have had nearly a week to plan a delivery for this and still managed to take it on a nine hour drive that ended right back where it started?
  
  Today, 3/8, marks one week since they picked up my package, and no further updates have been made to the shipping status since they delivered it back to themselves yesterday. My windshield wipers remain broken and I can't drive my car in the snow or rain until the package arrives, but there is no indication that it has made any progress at all in the week that Spee-Dee has been in possession of it.
  
  Update: It's now 6pm on 3/10 and there has still been no further progress on my delivery. They don't deliver on weekends, so the absolute earliest they could get it to me now would be 3/13, twelve days after they originally picked up the package.

  Package never showed up. first they said it fell behind the drivers seat and was misplaced but found and it would be delivered before 5pm witch didn't happen. the second time i called after a hour on hold he said he would get ahold of the driver and get back to me witch didn't happen either.

  They sure stand behind the company name. Got my package fairly fast, but the fast service I got didn't come with quality delivery. The box was torn wide open and i could clearly see inside. Called customer service and kept getting the runaround and put on hold. I got nowhere after 30 mins. and just hung up Wondering if Ace Ventura delivered my package?

  If you have to call customer service good luck! Guaranteed 10 min wait, but honestly closer to 30 min. Each time I called to follow up on a missing package I got a different answer. First they had the package but no room on the truck, so should be delivered tomorrow. Then they lost the package. Then it was never originally found. After that they claimed WE voided the order no. no. no.
  Usually things go without a hitch, but when things go wrong with SpeeDee its a lost cause.
  Our drivers are great. Shout out to Travis and Brian! Rates are good. They will ship 8' boxes that UPS and Fedex will not. Midwest only. Overall 4/5. Customer service 1/5.

  One star is much higher than deserved. Wasted several hours trying to track shipment on the phone and being placed on hold for several days in a row. Was assured several times someone was going to contact me and figure out where my parcel was located. Clearly that never happened. The package finally arrived after 9 days from less than 350 miles away and everything in container was spoiled!
