Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Katie in the front office has been a dream to work with. She is very pleasant and I enjoyed our little conversations every time I visited the office. Dr Hess is very personable and knowledgeable. I like that he is very straightforward and gives realistic expectations. He is down to earth with a friendly and caring demeanor. I had visited other places before deciding on my procedure and wanted to make sure I chose the right doctor. I knew before I left the appointment with Dr Hess that I would be scheduling with him.

Just had my surgery yesterday 09/26/2022
All I can is wow , Dr.Hess is amazing at his job! Had a tummy tuck and liposuction and he gave me the hourglass shape I have always wanted! After 2 sections and working out so much, I could not achieve the body of my dreams just with exercise alone! It has only been less than 36 hrs and I feel great and look great! I know it will only look so much better with time as the swelling goes down . I'm so grateful for doing this surgery as, it's all I have ever wanted and even more. Love my new body 😍 forever grateful for finding the best surgeon and blessing me with my new body! Thank you so much Dr.Hess!

Dr. Hess and his staff are very knowledgeable, experienced, and are extremely helpful from the get-go. I got a breast augmentation and tummy tuck and he was the first person I went to. From the second I walked into his practice, I knew I made the right choice. It was comforting and I felt at ease. I never once looked up anyone else. My husband came with me to my consultation and we both really enjoyed his sense of humor. We talked about what to expect for my surgery and for days + months following and how Dr. Hess does the specific procedures I had done. It was very straight forward, no surprises, and all his staff were always willing to answer any and all questions we/I had. The pricing was very fair and the best part that made me want to go to him was his military discount. I never felt pressured to be at his practice and he never once made me feel like I was just another patient that he was trying to sell a sales pitch to. The experience of him and his staff made me very excited to have my procedure done. Here I am, 9 weeks post-op and I've never felt better or more confident - something I haven't really felt in years. I look at my body now and I love what I see. Dr. Hess is amazing and I'd go to him again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making me feel like myself again! I can't thank you or your staff enough.

The care and professionalism I have received from Dr. Hess and his staff has been exceptional. I was comfortable with them from the moment we met to the morning of surgery. The fact that he and his wife work together to support patient care gave me a feeling of comfort and Katie, the receptionist made me feel very much at ease with their ability to provide me with a positive result. If you are endlessly researching surgeons trying to select the right one for you, go no further! Dr. Hess performed abdominal surgery on me and his work is impeccable. And, beyond that, I am a bit of a hypochondriac and was highly anxious about every little thing during my recovery. Dr. Hess was incredibly comforting, answered my calls no matter the time of day, and could not have been more reassuring. I have never had surgery before and was so concerned about picking the right doctor. I did SO much research and met with multiple doctors. I could not be happier with my selection of Dr. Hess. I highly, highly recommend him. And the icing on the cake is that everyone on his team is incredibly responsive and kind.
