Good food, good atmosphere, fast service. The ribs were excellent and portion was quite large. A little bit pricey, dinner for 2 with an appetizer and 1 alcoholic drink each was $150 after the tip.

We came here on our honeymoon 15 years ago. We come back every 5 years as a tradition. It is a great restaurant and great atmosphere.

We didn't actually get to dine here last evening. Traveling back from viewing the eclipse in Wyoming a friend and I stopped in Park City. The posted menu looked intriguing and we saw about half the tables inside were empty. We asked to be seated around 6:45. After consulting someone else the hostess said we could be seated but not until 8:15. We opted to walk down the street to Cafe Terigo where were seated immediately and had a wonderful dining experience for about 2/3 what we would have spent at Chimayo. Walking back to the car afterwards we passed by Chimayo and saw all the same tables vacant. What gives?

Made reservations for my birthday dinner because the restaurant looked super cute and delicious WRONG!!! The scallops were literally uneatable! They were covered in sugar, were not cooked enough and tasted like perfume probably the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, and on my birthday. They took my food back and offered to give me a small salad or something of the appetizer menu lol! I said NO, considering I could hear the chef and waitress talking about the situation. My husbands steak was sitting in a grossly huge pool of a disgusting sauce calamari for an appetizer, rubbery to the point we didn't eat it, all breading. Had our 3 children with us, they hated their food. This place was such a disappointment! Never going back! Left with hungry stomachs! DO NOT GO HERE!

Fantastic dishes with a really nice atmosphere. We had great service from the front door thru dinner. The wine list had a nice selection of Spanish wines at good (restaurant) prices. The spicy margarita with Serrano peppers is great as well.

Been there three times, once a year for three years. We've had the same server each time (Tyler), lucky I guess. He's awesome and so is the food!! Ordered different every time, never been disappointed.

Been here several times and have never found a better Rib dinner. If you like ribs you have to check it out. They are great! My wife tells me the other food is great as well, but I always go for the ribs.

First of all, make a reservation. It's worth the effort! We ordered buffalo skewer and guacamole for appetizers. In retrospect, should have ordered a few buffalo skewers and no guacamole. Buffalo was just so much tastier!
You must order spareribs! It does look outrageous. But it's also super delicious. And it's big enough to share even if you are very hungry because it rolls out to a full rack!
Lamb shank was also good but it pales in comparison :-)

The food was extremely unique. I've never seen such an eclectic mix of traditional high-end proteins delivered using southwestern style conventions.

The ahi tuna taco, for example, has deliciously seared tuna draped across a hard taco shell with jalapeno and mango salsa on the side.

It's apparent that some things were done with a form-over-function mindset. The cups are all metal, and while they look very cool, they are extremely cold with a beverage in them.

Overall I enjoyed eating here. The oddities were endearing and gave the place a very unique feel that complemented the excellent food quality.
