I went in and there was no one in line. The 2 ladies behind the counter were chatting to each other. One noticed me walk in, looked at me for a moment and then kept talking to her coworker.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service at this location, but it is the last because I won’t be going back.
I always had good experiences with the location in south miami near UM. This location on the other hand is a flat out joke.response / report this review -

Anyone who goes to a fast casual restaurant in a strip mall and complains about slightly unfriendly staff is kidding themselves. I've been going here since it opened years ago and it hasn't changed at all. Just the way I like it!

I should have read the reviews before going there. I would have saved myself and my wife a bad experience. I completely agree with all the negative reviews. You have to match the color of the guy on the grill if you want a word from him. At a point we thought the guy couldn't speak but minutes later we saw him smiling and being kind with customers of the same color (African Descendant). I made a comment of that situation to the man at the register only to be ignored.
I will never recommend this place even if food was free. While I am writing this review I think I should have walked out of that place when I was ordering.

If i could give a negative star i would. Today i ordered at 11 am and right now its 12.57 and i still have not received my lunch. This is the worst service i have ever had. I called and the person that answered the phone told me that he called and the driver was almost here. That was 35 min. ago. Very poor customer service!!!! I will never order from this place.

This Chicken Kitchen is just OK. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. The staff does not speak English. Not one person. They don't greet you. It's almost like they feel you owe them something for coming in there. Cleanliness seems decent. They do charge extra for everything. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because I've seen minimal improvement since my last visit there. I really hope the owner looks at these reviews because many of them express similar concerns that could help the business out.

Ridiculous delivery fee! Me and my co-worker placed an order on two separate credit cards and they charged both of us deliver fee. Seriously ? you are going to charge a delivery fee to come to the same place once? Man talk about about a nickel and dime business.

I love chicken kitchen and from multiple experiences at this location the service and chicken varies depending on the person working the grill. I find myself having to repeat my order because some of the employees english speaking skills are a working progress except for the one African American guy. He's has an inviting personality and actually interacts with customers while efficiently preparing their food. My guess is he has experience on the grill and in food service in general. The other employees and manager come off a bit rude at times and not very polite. Other than that the food is pretty good.
