The staff is great, the two maintanence gentleman are quick and have personality and the two ladies in the front office are always on top of everything i may need. The one star markdown is because it is a little overpriced, single pane windows and no real storage area in my setup. But its a great place with staff alone!

looks nice.. from the outside. staff is chill face to face, but they do not work with the tenets, at all. better off going down the road. Third apartment i've been in, first in this area. Worst of the three, by far!

Pros: The apartments are pretty nice on the inside, and look pleasant on the outside.
Cons:
Constant problems with other residents putting giant pieces furniture next to dumpsters. The furniture never gets picked up, makes the complex look really messy.
Nearly had a car wreck several times due to a lack of stop signs and speed bumps throughout the complex. Other residents speeding out of corners.response / report this review -

Nice apartments and location. Generally very quiet and neighbors are nice. Furniture near garbage is unappealing, but that is my only complaint.

Pros: Location, floor plans, electronic rent payment and service requests, friendly staff.
Cons: Price, parking,on site gym isn't as great as hyped to be, evident some corners were cut to save money on construction.
Overall if you are looking for a reputable apartment complex that is an easy commute to Hurlburt or Eglin and not deal with a private landlord you can't go wrong here. The staff is great and the floor plans are great lay outs. Only complaints are that I wish they would actually enforce assigned parking (it is extremely annoying that in the contract you are suppose to have a parking permit to cut down long term visitors taking parking from renters but they don't abide by their own contractual terms) and that for how much rent goes in this complex you think they would have used higher grade materials instead of the standard cheap white kitchen counter tops and single pane windows along with some fit and finish on somethings. Also for how much rent is here and the market they are aiming for I really wish this was a gated complex.response / report this review -

Nicest apartments in FWB. I have looked everywhere (even Destin) and these have the best floorplans, pool, and are the best looking ones out there. I love everything about them, I never have to worry about anything. Very friendly staff and excellent service. The price is a little high for the area but it is definitely worth it.
