Park is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Lot rent is high but less expensive than the park across the street. Homes appear to be poorly maintained and park seems to be run down.

Had a mfg home there 5 yrs ago, good location there in North NaplesMany upgrades since that time, much damaged from two or three storms then, priced okay. Could score better now, havent been back to North Naples in awhilemanagement is keyold owners were really niceZemen bought it, things changed, unfortunately not all for for the better.but that is change. It was okay, safe, no trouble.

My dad moved here a little over 2 years and I have always been very impressed. It is well maintained with new improvements happening since the new owners have taken over. I am looking forward to moving to this same park soon.

Charming 55+ MHC in a fantastic location close to everything a retiree needs. New owners adding many brand new homes, making improvements to update the look and building a new deluxe clubhouse for the residents!

After a hurracane a some years back there were sofas on the road, no trees, so storms really do damage here. I had a dumpster for recycle and the employees commonly stole the materials for their own profit. Good location in north naples, becomes a ghost town in summer. Streets do flood. Great place to grow old and die from old age or pure boredom in a 70s model trailer.

I love it here ,friendly,clean,and the office staff is great. My mom and dad has lived here for over 18 years,I purchased my home here to be close to them.Nice neighbors,where people care about each other.
