vacation home was good. but have been calling for over a month about the deposit and people with accents seem to not understand what we are saying. had to call headquarters, hopefully we get this fixed

We rented a home from there and I do not have anything good to say except problems. 1st they tried to take advantage of the huracan Irma until we threaten to sue them. Second the Pool and Hot Spa are so cold unless you pay $35 dollars per day. There wasn't enough Pots to cook until we call to complain. The internet in the area is so bad that we had to call almost every day to get it fix. To dish washer soap or laundry soap. 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom only. This place is so far from any atration that it seems like a trip to go anywhere.
The 1 star is just because the home is new but I got stuck inside a toilet room for 30 minutes until someone came to let me out.

OVERCHARGE MY CREDIT CARD !!! Be extremely careful with this company !!

They overcharge my credit card with 195 dollars on a reservation I made.

The Manager Jose couldn't explain why this happen but the company will not refund me the money anyways.

If you are reading this review, take it on consideration or you might be their next victim.

The home we stayed in was beautiful, however I woke up the first morning to my nightstand and floor covered in ants. When I contacted the management they stated due to weather conditions they would not able to take care of it until Saturday. (we were leaving sunday). I sent pics as requested (once i threatened a bad review) and NEVER received a response back. No one came on Saturday either. I didn't want money back, I just wanted to be treated the way someone paying for a service should be treated. I feel bad for the owner of this home b/c he/she probably doesn't know how the management property is treating the guests who rent out this home.
