Great atmosphere, really great drinks. Can't go wrong with a place whose well rum is Bacardi

Love Chef Geoff’s—small town type of feel, great neighborhood bistro with a kind staff and lovely wine selection! And parking validation! ;)

We dine out a lot and decided to try Chef Geoff having read favorable reviews. Sorely disappointed that I brought friends to dine here for special occasion. They very well agree with my assessment. Ambience is nice. I ordered Atlantic Salmon. The portion was the size of an appetizer served with an overcooked baked potato. Way overpriced for what you get. Still hungry I ordered more bread to fill the spot. Service average at best.

The service was excellent. I had a German burger (similar to yiu typical burger bit it also has ham) and it was delicious and cooked just right. I tried a new cocktail called a 'Smoky Paloma' and it was great.

There is a great atmosphere and staff here. The Burgers are Amazing. Many small plates to let the table share from, and some more elegant options for the inner dinners. If it's nice out though, I'd suggest entertaining outside for open air enjoyment.

The food was great and the staff was even better! They were extremely accommodating and helpful when deal with children as well. The spinach was some of the best I've ever had.

I've been coming here frequently since I started school at American University 3 years ago. The happy hour menu is fantastic. Most of my friends get supermugs whenever we visit, but I really like the sangria. You are never going to go wrong with the Chef Geoff's burger or any of the pizza options. Service has always been friendly as well. Overall, a great place to relax and catch up with friends over drinks and awesome food.

Great food, came after American University's Law School graduation with a large party. My main issue was the horrible Bloody Mary they made. Their "house mix" had an absurd amount of horseradish in it; their mix tasted like straight cocktail sauce. It was impossible to drink & I had to give it back. The bartenders need this replaced immediately. I'm shocked that this hasn't been brought up by othersplease fix this for future patrons, asap.

Good place, decent atmosphere, expensive but typical dc pricing. Happy hour is great, nice choice of alcohol.

But, they can definitely work on their customer service. Once this waitress told five of us that we can't move a chair over so we can sit at a table outside even though there are plenty of chairs out there.

Another time I was asking a few questions about the Caesar fries and this waitor was getting very impatient and when we finished ordering he turned around and said very loudly"Jesus Christ!"
