The Chateau is a wonderful place to stay. There is an elegance to the rooms as well as the main areas. The one issue that my wife and I had is that the main lights in the rooms are entirely motion sensitive. So if you get up to go the bathroom in the middle of the night, you may accidentally wake up your partner.

I stayed there 12 -8-17. I had an AWESOME experience Everyone was so curtious. The Jr. Suite was amazing . I recommend this Hotel to the fulliest. Every time we stay there I always have the best service

Rooms where clean and staff was nice and helpful. The location is good and close to a lot of other restaurants and stores. For the price we paid I have no complaints.

This hotel has atmosphere. The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable. It is near many restaurants and grocery stores. The staff is helpful. They do have a SMALL breakfast in the morning, but it is just coffee a waffle and some fruit. Nothing big and would not be considered a continental breakfast.

This hotel is gorgeous! Friendly staff, nice rooms. Spacious bathrooms. There's a gym, hot tub, and pool. Everything is sort-of Victorian style (could be wrong). Only downfall is their complementary breakfast is just like apples, certainly, muffins, and coffee. No actual hot meals. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel however that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hot tub was cold. Fridge in room was warm. At least the front desk staff was friendly. Spend $20 more and stay at a nicer place.

A beautiful hotel. I didn't expect to find this gem. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room itself, a King Bed single, was fairly standard but not disappointing in the least. Don't expect great views, but the price and proximity to Destihl cannot be beaten.

If price is your biggest concern than the Chateau can meet your needs. It is safe and centrally located, but offers little else. It's best days have to be twenty years behind it, which looks to be when it was build and last updated. From its stained exterior to its crumbling interior the entire place is just shabby. We observed a crack in the glass of the front door; broken art work in the lobby that was glued back together; missing trim in the elevator and a cracked light fixture as we got off the elevator. Our room had loose shower tiles, a broken towel rack, only two pillows on a king bed and and air conditioner that squeaked and rattled loudly every 10 minutes or so. When requesting additional pillows we had to call the front desk 4 times before someone picked up. There was trash floating in the fountain; room keys that did not open the gym door and vending machines that only worked on your third option. While none of these issues are major by itself, except the A/C issues, they all pointed to a lack of detail and putting money back into the business. I can't imagine anyone using this as a conference center, or staying more than one night, so would strongly recommend exploring other options if at all possible. I hardly ever write reviews unless we had a bad experience, so this is really more a word of caution more than a review

Its a very neat little place. I have been there a few times and the staff seem really friendly. I attended a princess event with my daughter so that was cool that they had that there. It's not the most modern place but it seems to be well run

Great place. Rooms are beautiful and the building is very classy in apperance. Excellent service staff and plenty of amenities. One can tell that there is some ware and tear from the ages of use; however in most cases give the whole place a very charming feel. Great ambience.

Attended a wedding reception at the hotel. The dining staff and conference room decor were nice enough, but it seems the hotel has a rustic feeling, but not a modern rustic touch. Also, wish other parts of the hotel had more signage to different locations, we entered one door according to a map, but the conference center was no where to be found.

I was there to see a presentation. I found the auditorium to be comfortable enough. Unfortunately, the speaker was drowned out by the band rehearsing for the wedding next door. The lobby was taken over by a completely different event. So I counted at least 4 different events taking place. The space was not designed to handle this. And one should not be allowed to interrupt another. The restroom I visited was clean, and the staff was polite.

Nice but dated rooms, the location was easy to find, and the service was decent. Our room had an issue with the toilet but they upgraded us to a larger room so it was no big deal. Otherwise I would say that it was had a kind of old fashioned luxury feel to it.

Odd place with a funny smell (maybe due to the fountain in the lobby and plethora of brass bird statues). I enjoyed the kitsch (why not?) - but then they evacuated everyone in the hotel because apparently there were no working fire alarms. Oops.

Pool & hot tub looked a little iffy. Attached restaurant (Tony Roma's) was very nice - food was insanely salty, but the service was good.

Hotel rooms are OK. Front desk are nice. Restaurant food was good. Good furniture. The faucets need redone and the ac\heat units need a bit of work. Breakfast wasn't really breakfast. Vending machines need updated with card swipes as well. The hotel is half and half. One one end you have a somewhat OK but could be better with a little bit more effort.
