Bed Bugs!!! Second floor! We weren't in the room 2 hours before they showed themselves. It was about 7pm when we grabbed our bags and left. Thankfully we hadn't unpacked yet. Someone needs to do something! Clerk cancelled our stay. Completely disgusted! I have bites! True photo of actual bug, attached. 11/12/2016

That's not all! Clerk said 2nd floor was non smoking so we chose that. As we were leaving using the elevator there was a very strong odor of weed/pot/marijuana.

Room was very outdated. It was dark even with lights on and kept warm. Outlet was a dirty old power strip near bed.

Very bad experience.

Room was nice Jacuzzi wonderful. Bed nice and comfy. Delicious pizza to order. Very friendly front desk. Only problem was couldn't stay longer.

I must say of all the times I have stayed at this hotel, I'm always greeted, excellent service!!! Clean room, folded towels, respectable staff members!! I highly recommend this hotel!!

I would give the wifi a 5/5 during the week when no one is there and a 3/5 on weekends when there are more people. The pool is nice and outdoors and I'd give it a 4/5 in comparison with other hotel pools. The mattresses and pillows were great but the floor felt gross on my feet so I wore my flip flops the whole time. The breakfast I'll give a 2/5 because it had waffles, bagels, and juice but the sausage and eggs were gross. The employees were very nice and I talked with them quite a bit because I had to stay here 4 days waiting to get into an apartment. Overall I would stay here again

Breakfast was fantastic, although the hotel is starting to look old and the hallways are very long (we had to do a lot of walking with our luggage to get to our room). The room itself was nicely furnished and clean.

We stayed here for just one night (on our way from Chicago to St. Louis) and everything was great! People were friendly, rooms were good and clean and breakfast was way better than any Super 8 or Motel 6. Would stay here again!!
