Pool area was a little small but the kids enjoyed anyway. Friendly service and nice rooms. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Went for a thanksgiving dinner.. Banquet hall size/setup were great.. Only problem I had was the very unprofessional receptionist.. I get it was a holiday but you're at work

I was hear for a user conference (as a vendor representative) and stayed overnight 2 nights. The location was convenient and the accommodations were more than I needed, but very nice. The meeting rooms were above average. I'll also add that the hotel restaurant (Baxter's) was excellent, as was the bar. I would definitely be happy to stay there again and to host a work event there.

Very clean hotel with nice modern rooms. We were upgraded to a king suite a IHG reward members which was a very nice surprise. The pool was clean and cool, hot tub was not quite hot enough but still nice. I just wish the breakfast was free like holiday inn Express But still a great hotel.

While at a family reunion we stayed here. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast (yes, you pay) offerings and the staff were so friendly and accomodating. We'll stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room and bathroom were clean. Loved the tile floor. More used to carpet, but the tile was a nice change. Only problem with tile is you hear the people above you walking around. The hot water was extremely hot so guests need to be careful not to get scalded. Front desk was friendly and quick. The free bottles of water they give you is a nice touch. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Clean rooms and front desk associates was helpful. We paid around 100 bucks for 1 night stay with no free breakfast which is little disappointing.

I was there for a graduation party. The space was great. Very clean and modern look. The one interaction I had with the staff was very pleasant and warm. I did use the men's restroom, and that was a bit of a let down. One faucet had little pressure and that corresponding soap dispenser was our. The waste baskets were over flowing with used paper towels as well. That is why there is only 4 stars to the review. Other wise it was a very fine hotel from my limited interaction.

I attended a professional conference at the hotel. I did not stay overnight. The building was very clean and modern. Stay was polite and prompt. The room temperature fluctuated throughout the day, though. It was impossible to keep it at a comfortable temperature.
Lunch was catered by the restaurant adjoining the hotel. It was nothing terribly fancy; just a make your own feelings sandwich buffet. The meat and cheeses were top quality though, and the pretzel roll was delicious.
On the whole, the venue did a great job housing the conference. It was a good experience, and I would attend again.response / report this review
