Told me when I bought a truck that I could pick it up the next day.. but when I went to pick it up they said it wasn't ready. I asked why, they told me they were changing the brakes. (Which should take no more than an hour or 2) it took them 4 days!! I asked to speak to the mechanic that was doing it, so that I could get a better idea of when it would be done but they refused.
If you are looking for awesome customer service go to this location. The service department is very friendly and takes pride on the job they do. Reasonable prices and fast service. They have a waiting lounge with good coffee selection and popcorn. If you have kids they will enjoy the private Kid's section with one TV and small chairs.
My Honda element is a 2006. Since changing mechanics and doing business with Honda my car is running like new. The pricing is competitive, lower than or about the same. Taking my car to the dealer is the best way to care for my sense of security because it's going to be worked on by a specialist. I had sway end links, bushings, about $900. Motor mount, $350, 10% off. Headlights buffed so they look new and are functional brightness again. My choice, was not a "recommended repair", $89. It's very nice that I can tell my car was repaired, it amazingly runs like new again and my brakes even seem better. Put in a new oil plug for free because some issues with how my oil changes had been handled from previous places. By having oil changes here they send offers to customers for $29 for full service multiple point inspection change, and generally has a coupon for 10% off a repair. It's a load off my mind and worth the money. No upsale, or constant " finding another problem " that typically happens to me. The wait seemed reasonable to me, very nice area and would definitely recommend and I feel like I've added life to my car. Everyone I spoke to or dealt with were nice and professional. They work like they care about their reputation not making money.
I love this place. I first became aware of this place when they hired my favorite service advisor away from my dealership. Even though my vehicle wasn't Honda, they serviced it like it was. When that car's use was depleted, I bought a Honda. The cars are fantastic. This dealership is the best. For purchasing, they are not as pushy as we've become accustomed at other dealerships. For service, they tell you what you need, what you can put off, and hidden savings, when appropriate.
All around, everyone is very friendly, helpful, and concerned about the customer having the best experience possible. I highly recommend this dealership and the brand.
There is a dealership that has integrity, and no matter your earnings, credit, etc., that will exert genuine, sincere effort to put you into reliable good looking transportation, they go beyond the brand they sale and market, they are geared and driven by helping "all" who are seeking good transportation and who puts forth an effort themselves of desiring or obtaining a vehicle, through customized financing, a staff and I do mean "all staff" that exceed and give anyone and everyone that comes to the dealership CHAPMAN HONDA service that is a rarity there is no other dealership that I connected with, contacted that even comes close to CHAPMAN HONDA when it comes to service in all facets of their operations, and outlook towards people and the community of Tucsonyou want reliable, good looking transportation with unmatched service go to CHAPMAN HONDA!I am sure the Service department at all Chapman locations provide excellent servicemy review was intended for all the sales, management and finance departments at the Speedway location in regards to a 2009 Honda I purchased.👌
I had a broken seat belt in my 97 Honda. I called and was told the repair would be free because it was a safety hazard. Relieved i took my car in for repair. After sitting there for 2 hours i was told it would be over $200. I was not ready for that so i could not get that done today. Apparantly they did a full diagnosis trying to get me to repair my entire car. Trying to get 1200 from me. . They then charged me 75 for diagnosis. I definitely feel cheated.
Purchased a vehicle here, plates did not arrive on time. Zero return calls from Chapman reps. Had to purchase extension on temp plates; No communication from dealership still. 90 days out: still no plates. Went to dealership only to find they still hadn't processed the loan. Cancelled deal only to find they'd already sold my trade in. Took 4 days to get reimbursement. Never buy here!
This was a professional dealership and our buying experience was seamless. The sales rep, Eric Rodriguez, treated us well and without pressure. He knew in advance what we were interested in and he had the perfect car ready for our test drive when we arrived.
The finance manager, Vinny, was a delight to do business with. He made the morass of paperwork go smoothly, even sharing some of his personal life as he carried us through the buying process.
We would do business with Chapman Honda again despite the long drive from Sierra Vista.
We were used car shopping and found the right one here. Unfortunately, the buying process took six hours! They have a comfortable lounge, TV, popcorn, and coffee which is great - especially when you're waiting to complete your purchase for hours on end. Our salesman, Emilio, was great as was the finance guy. The manager helped out with the pricing. Other than the wait, it was a pleasant and rather normal car buying experience. Try the popcorn!
I used to hate everything to do with cars, especially buying. But thanks to Bryan Knight, our salesman, I had a really great experience at Chapman Honda. We just bought a new Odyssey, and like any minivan shoppers, we had our two lively little boys with us. (Ages 3 and 1.5) They loved the free popcorn, my husband loved the free coffee drinks, but what I loved most was the kindness and patience everyone (especially Bryan) showed towards my kids. He helped us get the car seats in for a test drive and was very understanding that everything takes longer with kids who need to go to the bathroom or make frequent trips to fill up popcorn and water. Bryan was never pushy and was always interested in getting us what we needed. He never seemed like he was just trying to sell a car, he seemed more like he was trying to help us get what we wanted. When he explained things to me I never felt like he was talking down to me. That means a lot to me as a woman because so many people in the car business are impatient towards women who don't make cars their passion. My husband had lots of questions because he pays attention to and is interested in every detail of the vehicle, technology and the money involved in the sale. Bryan made sure he had all the information he needed and was always willing to call or go get the answers when it was an unusual bit of information.
We are not the easiest customers, I'm usually suspicious of salesmen in general, my husband asks a million questions, and my kids are busy little kids but Bryan never faltered. He was patient and low pressure the whole time. He made us all feel comfortable with making such a large and important purchase. I will come here first for any future purchases and will absolutely recommend Bryan to friends, family or anyone who wants to have a relaxed and easy experience car shopping. Thank you so much!
Emilio and the staff at Chapman made the unfamiliar process of dealership car-buying fast and worry free. I am completely satisfied with the care everyone took to answer any questions I had. I recommend this company for all.
My girlfriend and I are long time customers of Chapman (purchased 3 vehicles from them prior) but this time was a little different.
I won't give them 1 star because their vehicle prices were fair. But we narrowed it down to 2 vehicles and wanted to see the numbers. Oddly enough they offered us different amounts for our trade in on each vehicle. I have never had this happen before.
Seems like if a dealership is willing to pay a certain amount for a trade in, they should honor it no matter what vehicle is purchased.
This process left a sour taste and we will avoid this dealership group moving forward.
The salesman I worked with was great! As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, but everyone at Chapman helped me understand the details. I never felt like I was getting swindled. My only complaint is that it took 6 days to get my new car, when my expectation was set as 2 or 3. However, the staff communicated with me every day, telling me where the car was, and when it was getting here. I would buy from this dealership again.
I can't thank Devan McDole for the great service he provided in going through every aspect of the 2017 CR-V EX-L when we were test driving and eventually purchased the car. He kept us informed through the whole process and we are grateful. Even when he gave us the "bad news" that the car had a paint chip that was going to have to be repaired by the paint shop. To Chapman's credit they brought the issue to our attention, will have it fixed professionally by their paint shop (not just filled in with paint repair you can buy in a bottle) and even provide me with a loaner car when I bring it back for the repair. So far my wife and I have had a great experience with Chapman Honda. Could be the making of a lasting relationship

From the time I drove up to the service area, until I drove away, the service was superlative; from being greeted out in front, shown around the waiting area, talking about my automobile's service, and paying my bill when departing. David Ginsberg was very polite, and articulate. I went to Chapman Honda for an auto recall, and also had my oil changed. I don't normally go to dealerships because they are often known for pushing the customer to do more than really necessary at the moment, but no one pushed, and although there is some mechanical work I need to take care of, I felt no pressure, and so I will definitely return for the rest of my automotive needs. Thank you,
Teresa Leonard
