Take note of the cheap suits and fake smiles that the sales staff presents as you walk through the store, Im sure for those of you who have visited desperate car dealerships, you will get a familiar feeling If you take the time to do 5-10 minutes of additional research you will easily find a more cost effective way to purchase a nice time piece. I have visited both NYC locations, as well as the Atlanta location and have yet to be impressed. The selection is well below average, and the lack of product knowledge of the staff only adds to the feeling that you are being hustled.
Take the time to research a knowledgeable, qualified jeweler instead of overpaying at Tourneau.response / report this review -

Customer service and honesty are terrible. I had a Breitling watch repaired in July 2016 and paid over $700 for the repair and received a 2 year warranty on the repair. The watch quit working a year later. The company claimed it had been damaged but they could not show me where or how. I asked to see the damaged part which they agreed to provide and paid another $450 trusting I would see the part they claimed I damaged. Mysteriously they could not find the part then claimed it was the policy of the company not to return the damaged parts. I even spoke with their office in New York that did the repair and they promised the part as well. I have yet to receive the damaged part or an explanation. I really question their honesty and integrity. Buyer beware when dealing with these people.

The staff here is amazing. Now having purchased three pieces from this location, I highly recommend for the experience and overall value Tourneau has to offer.

Eh, couldn't reccomend. Selection is subjective to what your looking for they carry a fairly weak selection of horology with the high point being brietling, along with a few VC thrown in the mix that seem very out of place in this shop. Store is located in lenox not phiips so it's a bit lower brow than what can be found virtually next door. I don't tend to enjoy luxury time piece shopping right next to panera bread anyway. Honestly my review may seem a bit pretentious but it's only appropriate considering the pretentious attitude I was hit with by the staff. Full transparency I'm a younger guy in a fairly expensive time piece I'm accustom to a little odd behavior in watch stores but I was asked numerous times about my piece and literally followed across the floor to be asked "whered' ya get it" in a condescending tone before the staffer waddled over to gossip with the other associate on the floor.
