  Very,very,very,very, Poor customer service !!!! I came in and asked about getting a bezel changed on my watch and the sales rep who just started said my watch was fake ! All because he never seen a GMT
  (Batman). Then he try's to compare it to a GMT Pepsi watch and said the wait was off. Of course it's off one is stainless steel and the other is White gold. I left the store and called the manager on duty and the only thing she said was she was sorry and that they will send him to training. And that I was more than welcome to come back in and get the work on my watch ..that she was very familiar with which time price I have. I told her I would never step foot in there store.

  Fantastic store. Have a great relationship with Nora, who helped us with our engagement ring needs, as well as Bruno who sketched our design from scratch. They made our experience amazing. Will be back!!! Thankyou so much

  Walk away from this Rolex store.. don't buy here!
  
  Their service is unacceptable and they discriminate by your style, and likely race I am a white woman in my 50s. I walked into the store (wearing my Target jeans and sweater.) I wanted to have my 8 month old Rolex cleaned..
  
  I waited for someone to acknowledge me. The sales staff was sitting in a side room.. No one greeted me. I had to peek in the door to get their attention. When then sales rep stepped out of the side room to amazingly say hello, he was interrupted by an apparently more important phone call . He couldn't wait to get done with me and my small low cost request to get on the phone with a big customer. Very disappointing.

  Will never set foot in this store again. I have been shopping for a new watch and every time I come here to see the selection I am treated horribly. Multiple salespeople have nasty attitudes and treat you more like an annoyance instead of a valuable customer. My suggestion to you is that if you do have to shop here, dress like you own the place because that is the only way they will pay you any attention.

  A few months ago I shopped at Mayors Jewelers, Lenox Square in Atlanta without making a purchase and was treated very well. This week I went back to Mayors and purchased a Rolex Submariner. Saleswoman Lynda McKinnon provided outstanding service. She was professional, patient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable of the Rolex line. Great experience.
