Very friendly and helpful personnel at this store. Good workmanship and a good price. . Lamara did an excellent job at helping me enhance the look of my ring. Gigi was also very friendly and did an awesome job of quickly repairing and refinishing my ring. I would highly recommend this store.

Took two pairs of older gold earrings in today—one with diamonds, sapphires and rubies and one with diamonds. Both were not hooking well, and I was scared to lose them. Not only did they fix the hooks well, but they cleaned them up, including the scratches from a long time of wear and they now look brand new! I felt like they really cared for and appreciated my jewelry. This is second time I’ve used them—good experiences both times.

I just brought in my husbands two watches for battery replacement. They were fast and friendly. To my surprise, when I went to pick up, I only was charged for one watch because the other had a warranty from their sister store which they honored. I had no idea that my husband had brought it into their sister store previously and that there was even a five year warranty on it! They also cleaned my wedding ring as I waited. I would highly recommend the store.

Warning!!! If you expect your fine stuffs to be fixed here, you have a high risk that they damage it. After reading the reviews, I know I am not the only one who has the same experience.
Check your stuff carefully before you give them, take pictures on details that reflect the condition of it. Yes they take pictures when you pay before the process, but their pictures just show weather there is a part lost or not.
And, please pay attention to the tax on your bills. You don't need to pay tax for labor. If you don't point it out, you will be charged more than you should pay.

Jacob is a very skilled and knowledgeable watch repairman. I brought a watch with a complicated automatic chronograph movement to him for repair. He knew immediately what was broken, and repaired it perfectly in a timely manner. Would trust his skill with other higher end watches.

The owner obercharges for everything and gives a bs spill on how batteries only last x amount of time to warrant his outrageous prices. A battery for a watch should not cost 60 bucks. The place is a total scam and the jewelry repair is sub par as well. My mom brought on a watch a while ago and they all but destroyed it.

I have been taking my lower end watches to the store for years because it is near my house. They usually perform a decent job although the prices are high. Recently I asked to have a battery replaced on my watch . 10 minutes after leaving the store I noticed the watch was not working. I returned to the store and they would not refund the cost of the battery. $32. My experience with jewelers is that they will test the movement before replacing the watch and ensure the watch is working before returning to the customer. I cannot recommend this store because I feel this is very poor customer service. However, I should have confirmed the watch was working before I left the store.

Went to this location to replace a battery on my skagen watch expecting it to last a couple to few years minimum, I was wrong. Less than a year, it died. After calling to see if they have me on file, they said I wasn't. I stopped in the mall, asked in person, and the guy said they have a new system and wouldn't be able to find my name if it was prior than September. What do you know, viola my name suddenly appears? Use genuine German premium parts? What a scam! Would never refer anyone here. Do you selves a favor and go across the way. Specialist and great customer service!

Lance was very helpful and polite. He put three batteries in three different name brand watches. I left my watches and continue to shop at perimeter mall. After about 45 minutes later pick up my watches. Lance also cleaned my rings for free. Great job Lance. I will be back.
