I would honestly feel remissed if I didn't write this review now that my ordeal is over. To make a long story short one pair of pants was altered 3 times in an attempt fix their mistake they ultimately ruined my pants in the men's department. I had to fight with the clerk to replace my pants without having to pay a $20 difference for the new pair, I felt this was the fair thing to do given what happened. I will say the store manager was very quick to answer my complaint after I called customer service and I give her a lot of respect and credit for that. She also went out of her way to meet me a do something for me she probably didn't have to. If not for her I would only give one star. To sum it up the staff in the men's department is pretty bad and does not really care. To save yourself time and grief go a little further north to the perimeter mall location.

Update:

They have earned themselves a one star now. I ordered a pair of shoes on-line for in store pick up here. They even found a way to mess this up. The shoes I spent almost $300 for were full of scratches and marks. They were clearly a previous return or display model. Now I have to waste even more of my limited time to get what I expected, which is a Brand-new pair of shoes, like on-line. Avoid this place like the plague, if you don't wanna waste valuable time making exchanges and asking for them to own up to and fix their mistakes. Corporate should really come and review the entirety of this miserable location. I'm done they will never get another dime from me, EVER!!!

Worst Nordstrom in the country and I've been to them all. The employee's in the shoe department are the absolute worst. I recommend taking the Phipps plaza employees to Nashville, Miami, New Port Beach or Seattle for training.

Decent service I love this store and location was greated and treated with respect thanks a lot but again I was exceptionally dressed up had a YSL clutch on my arm had on Giuseppe shoes but they do profile u based on race which I'm a African American woman but I did witness that at this location towards people who aren't dressed up they assume people are here to steal but the store itself is wonderful have a fairly decent selection but u can go 2 another competitor such as Bloomingdales with no racial profiling

This review goes for the pest men fragrance area they have, i believe on the fourth floor? I was automatically greeted by a sales associate name Adam.He really gave all his attention to me when i wanted another fragrance and happily assisted me in finding a one that i wished for. i will definitely come back for more especially with the great service i received.
