We couldn't do the express check-in at the kiosk so we had to wait in the queue for some time. But express check-out was fine, simple and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a suite for free. Room was great and clean. WiFi was free for only 2 devices. Location was great in the strip.

Great casino with good poker and table games. The table minimums are high ($50 craps and $25 blackjack) during the weekends, but overall a good atmosphere. They are also plenty to do if you are not into gambling. There are at least six different restaurant with tons of food court options. A great outdoor patio area and a few sprinkling of stores.

I was fairly surprised that this casino has been renovated (or at least it appeared to be). The bathrooms were all clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom attendent that just so happened to come in her name was Lisa; we told her she is doing a GREAT job. My only complaint is that the unit to pay for parking was only on one level; they should have it on all floors of the garage.

I went to Flavors Buffett for Thanksgiving dinner. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I love a buffet with lots of different meat choices. They had prime rib,( melt in my mouth good) turkey, ham, crab legs and shrimp. The waitstaff were nice, they took away dirty dishes promptly. I would recommend trying out Flavors if you are in or near Harrah's.

From the check in this place has been amazing. We stayed in a newly renovated room, decorated nicely in a modern style. The front desk person, Melissa was super friendly and made sure our stay was set up right. She took care of a lot of details, places to eat, shows to see, how we wanted the room to be.

I was pleasantly surprised how great this trip was!

Exceptionally long lines and waiting time to both check-in and check-out at all times of the day/night. I stayed here as just s "quick" rest stop on our way out to camping at Zion and ended up getting to our room 2 hours after we initially arrived due to the slow service and poor management system they have in place. The automatic check-in kiosks also did not work causing an even greater wait time in line. Upon arrival to the room, it was terribly outdated and frankly not much better than a cheap roadside motel. The A/C was really loud making it hard to sleep. No view, no fridge or other amenities to help keep our packed food cool, not even water cups! The price was cheap and I was able to book it last minute, but that's about all I found good about this place. Would have gladly spent a few extra dollars for a better place elsewhere. Would not recommend.

The check in process was spectacular. The lady at the front desk was quick and incredibly nice and welcoming. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay and there were ladders and construction material in a few places. My room was very quiet and had no noise from other rooms. Harrahs is also in a pretty central location on the strip. Worth it for the location and the price.

Nice hotel for the cheap price. The view from our window was nice, enjoyed the view of the high roller. Really liked that the windows opened a little too!! They only open out a little bit but out of all the other hotels I stayed at on the strip none of them had windows you could open at all, so that was nice. Employees were also very nice, we got stranded at a dounut shop a couple miles away before checkout and they graciously extended our late check out for free. Really meant a lot to us, as we were absolutely broke at that point in the vacation. Overall a good hotel with wonderful employees.

When we arrived we were told our room we booked months ago wasn't available. We also found out that parking wasn't free as advertised on their site. Charge was $10 per day. We were finally given a temporary room (nonsmoking) only to wake up and find out the shower was broken. Got moved to another room to be able to shower. We were guaranteed our room would be available after 4. We returned at 5 only to find out our room was given away. After going off the deep end at this point we were finally given our room. We then settled in and found out sleeping was difficult due to the construction work on the next floor. Overall experience was horrible and will never return to this hotel.

Visited Harrah's for their buffet, Flavors. Was very yummy with a large selection of options. Lots of snow crab too! Also really enjoyed the dessert bar. The mini-cheesecakes were some of the best I have ever tasted. The price was on par with other buffets in town and the quality above par. Enjoyed and would eat there again.

Excellent value for a quick stay in Vegas. Some rooms are more recently updated and very nice. Cheaper rooms appear clean, although we did find some old socks behind the bed.. with regards to the view and room finish, you get what you pay for. Ample parking free with a room. Close to many Strip attractions, and a monorail station. Overall a positive experience, worth the money, but not blown away.

While I do like the casino itself and food at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill. Their self parking is nor military friendly. I am a Resident of Las Vegas with a Las Vegas address but have an Oregon license. I cannot scan the bar code for free parking and asked for assistance. Instead of getting off their lazy butt to assist after explaing that we Residents and military. They made us pay for the parking. Other Casinos in the area are more then happy to accommodate our situation that many other military may also have. Recommend looking at other places more military friendly to spend their hard earn money.

Didn't get far into the casino. Just went to see Big Elvis. He was awesome!!! The piano bar was small and packed. Terribly organized seating and filled with thick, putrid cigarette smoke, but what else is new in Vegas I guess. It was worth it for the show but the $12.00 drinks chased us out in a hurry after the show was over. Highly recommend seeing the big guy though. Great singer!!

If you smoke and all you want to do is gamble, then this is not a bad place. There are lots of slot machines and it is well designed around the gambling area. The smoke is very heavy, though. They could use some better air circulation. The rooms are not bad. The shower kind of drove us crazy because it had no door and no curtain and only a glass wall covering half of the shower. Water splashes out and you get cold showering with this design. Beds are pretty comfy, though! Staff is super friendly.

Love this location, food, rooms, casino and staff. Our suite was a true one bedroom with a door that I could close and go to sleep if my husband wanted to stay up and watch TV in the living room. It had a wet bar with a refrigerator that was not stuffed full of Hotel items that were overpriced, we could actually use it for herself. It had a huge bathroom with two sinks, a jetted tub and separate shower. We had a great View of the Las Vegas Strip. The casino slots allow you to play and have fun where it doesn't just take all of your money, overall great place.
