Like other restaurants at the Wynn & Encore, Tableau has vegetarian & vegan menus. It is an elegant but casual restaurant with nice decor & lots of views outside so you get light. Service is very good. I was offered a complimentary newspaper after being seated for breakfast. Food is expensive, but falls within Las Vegas strip range. The food, however, is very good. I had the blueberry pancakes which were vegan along with vegan sausage. I have posted a photo of my meal & the vegetarian breakfast & lunch menu. They are very good about also telling you what is vegan.

I've eaten at almost every restaurant at the Wynn and mostly the service has been trerrible. I thought all hope was lost until our last breakfast here. Emily restored my faith in the Wynn. You are lucky to have her.

Had breakfast on the terrace which was beautiful and relaxing. Had the delicious eggs Benedict. Highly recommend coming here for brunch or breakfast.

We stayed at the Tower Suites at the Wynn and had a dedicated menu here included in our stay. The service, the quality of the food and breakfast selection were perfect. They also offer vegetarian selections. Lots of windows offer beautiful daylight in the main dining room looking over one of the properties many pools. This is a great place.

DELICIOUS! Pricey but worth the splurge. Very polite, friendly, and attentive staff. Even though we were seated past the brunch time, we were allowed to still order from the brunch menu which was so nice because I love all things brunch! I'd recommend the acai bowl if you're into that stuff. We had a duck + egg dish that I think is no longer on their menu but was super good. I wouldn't recommend the crab cakes though because they're a bit weird with the caramel sweet sauce. The Tableau Burger also has a sweet jam/sauce and caramelized onions so be aware of that if that's not your thing.
