As per name, it's ALWAYS AN EXPERIENCE!!! You won't be disappointed by the artistic design of the canopy, the colorful shops and avenue talents and crafts. The music and live free entertainment, leaves you breathless and always wanting more! Never fear, you can see them again and again and its like the very first time all over again!!!

As a local, I prefer Fremont over the strip. It is my go-to place to go for birthdays and when a large group wants to hang out. I love it because it is (mostly) free entertainment. This is where I like to go with my extended family because the adults can drink but the teens can still tag along and have fun too! Then there is Fremont Street East where there are the most adorable and fun bars.

Amazing place. An interesting collection people and it's Vegas at its unpolished best. It harkens back to earlier glitter days. The new casinos are nice but a bit too sterile for me. Everything is in easy walking distance. The prices are quite a lot lower.

Always a great stop. Some "performers" on the street just make you shake your head- but better than holding a sign looking for handouts. Some of the people have a true talent.
Like that the access to some classic casinos are pretty convenient. Hoping they embrace the old classic casinos in the future and don't just demolish them for newer, modern buildings. Some need to realize it is "old school" Vegas and when walking down Freemont, it's like a blast from the past.
Good to see they are resurfacing concrete to look cleaner, have multiple officers walking & biking for safety, and staff keeps the area clean overall.response / report this review -

I love the energy here. So much to see and do. Lots of strange street entertainers here. Cheap tat shops. Everything here is cheaper than on the strip. The zip line looks fun. Live music played often. And old fashioned hotels. We struggled on where to park without a fee attached.

The best experience on Fremont St , nice to walk and entertainment all around and a whole huge lot of slots to play, walk and enjoy a drink, live shows with music for everyone. The place to stay aver night and have fun. Hunger. Not a problem buffets and even tacos street type too.

Very interesting people on this experience trail. They are doing construction right now to update the face of Fremont. There are random performers everywhere. You can always get a good show and there used to be a good pizza place there. I didn't see it this time aroundsad. But other than that, there was a great sale going on in one of the casinos, so that cheered me right up.

It's a nice chance from the main strip. It's easy to get to and easy to traverse on foot. Casinos are cheaper and more nostalgic. I don't think I would want to stay out here vs the strip but I do enjoy the lack of freeloaders begging for money.

Located in the Old and original part of Las Vegas with reasonable parking prices up close or nearby free parking. There is an expansive LED screen overhead that spans a large portion of the street. Every so often they put on a digital display you can watch. These were really good in the past but this year I was disappointed in the "show." The side of the street is lined with bars, places to eat, shops, and casinos. There are a couple of stages where bands play each night. This is like a permanent outdoor set up for a constant party. Zip liners zoom overhead but underneath the screens. There are multiple street performers too and there is no telling what you might see so it isn't always family friendly. It is a very loud, party-going, fun atmosphere. We always go to Freemont Street when we visit Vegas and always have a good time whether we shop, eat, dance in the Gold Diggers club, dance around the stages while listening to the bands or, zip line or people watch. It is something you definitely experience when visiting Vegas.

I love walking and looking at everything around. The people are so entertaining to watch. Music and bands play and it's enjoyable to hear. Lots of casinos to choose from. Looks like some have closed down and they are excavated. Maybe they are building new ones but I'm not sure. Highly recommended just wouldn't walk around alone.

Fremont has consistently been improving over the yrs. What once really didn't get much of my attention, is really turning into a secondary part of the Vegas experience you really need to have. I am really excited about what the future holds for Fremont because, I think it could be good. GREAT and I mean great band playing when I was there. Also, the overhead screen did a big show that was new to me. I'd like love to see Fremont take control of the exterior lighting of all the buildings that line it and incorporate their lighting. Tough for incandescent bulbs to handle though. Maybe one day.

I love Fremont. It's definitely an experience! Drinks are cheap, you can just walk Fremont and get free entertainment , with 3 stages of awesome bands, light show and people watching. There are street performers (if you stop to watch street performers, it's only right to tip) within the last couple years I don't feel comfortable taking my kids down there tho, the freak show has only gotten worse, Let's face it, it's for shock value. It's funny with the right people.

Loud and better at night. Went during the daytime and not much to see. It's a great place to people watch. Lots to visit and keep you entertained for little to no money. This was the old strip before it expanded and you get to enjoy what it offers.

Always an excellent experience fun! Fun! After you've walked the Vegas strip head on down to Fremont Street it's packed filled with all sorts of quirky entertainment. Gets your dollars for tipping great eats as well we enjoyed the $11.99 steak and lobster. Yes I know what you are thinking cheap, trust it was good quality again do Fremont Street!! Security everywhere as I stay safe while having fun see y'all soon..

It's Vegas. There is odd shows here on the street that are what you would expect in Vegas. The free entertainment is pretty good but there is lots of paid for stuff that is exceptional like the zip line. The worlds largest outdoor screen is dated and boring to be honest but the zip line makes up for it. If you can do the zip line while the light show is on it's awesome. The shows are 10 min or so on the hour. Over all a great experience but expect to pay a few bucks to round up to "that was cool!l
