I hope enough people see this before it gets deleted. CAVENDER AUTO SUCKS.IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOUR GOING TO REGRET IT. They use there warranty as a way to draw you in but they have no intention of fixing anything. have been trying to get the transmission fixed since a week after buying my van and all they keep doing is resetting the warning lights and saying nothing wrong. when they finally have to admit it has something wrong i have to leave my only vehicle up there for who knows how long in hopes of getting it fixed. NO they will not do a loaner car. NO they will not let you leave with the vehicle while they wait for parts. only way they will do anything is if your willing to without your vehicle. the customer service sucks. there getting over $400 q moth from my wife and I.Never missed a payment in over a year but getting treated like trash. i will take the bus forever before i deal with them ever again

The staff is absolutely amazing! They finance and its not a random bank or company you can't see. Their finance people are literally in the building. Yu get to meet the entire crew!
