Truly enjoy being able to look at the campers available here without the sales pressure! They even post a diagram of the campers layout right on the front of them so you don't have to walk in it if it's not what you are looking for. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Willing to help or even order what you are looking for.

We had a great experience at Camper City. They worked with our budget and found us a beautiful bunkhouse camper. We bought a used 2016 camper and they spent a couple hours going through it and making sure everything looked great and functioned perfectly. We are first timers and two people walked us through every detail of how to use our camper inside and out. When we got to the campground we knew exactly what to do. Last night we camped in a rain storm and we were warm and dry. No issues. Financing was made easy. Five stars! Excellent experience, nice honest people.

I truly hate writing bad reviews, but when they are warranted, I feel that it is important to let the public know my experience. I purchased a used fifth wheel camper from Camper City a couple of months ago. The sales process went very well and was quick, so no complaints there. They also had the tag and title mailed quickly, which was nice.
It was a very nice camper, and I was told that it had a minor roof leak that had been addressed and fixed. It had not rained recently and did not rain much after I bought the camper, so I did not know until the first heavy rain that the top actually leaked very badly in several areas. It leaked inside and ruined all of the woodwork in the bedroom and completely soaked the bed itself. I repaired the roof correctly myself and have not had any more problems since I did so, thankfully. The repairs I will have to do to the inside will unfortunately be costly. I absolutely understand this is a common problem with campers, but had I known that the roof was misrepresented, I likely would have passed on this one and purchased another. I also should not have been as trusting of their word and should have done a more thorough inspection, myself. Lesson learned.
Another complaint is that the black and grey water tanks were not emptied prior to my purchase. I would think this would just be a standard courtesy and sanitation procedure that a camper reseller would take care of. I called them to find out a mobile service that could possibly help me, but the lady didn’t know, and when I asked to be transferred to my salesman, she reluctantly did so, but just transferred me to the general voicemail system. I run a business myself and I expect a higher level of customer service than I was given.response / report this review -

The only place to buy and Service your RV in Atlanta! Don't go to Camping World, and learn the hard way like most new campers! check out the reviews online and do your research!

We cannot say enough good things about our friends at Camper City. We are first time RV buyers/owners and have had nothing but good experiences at CC. The moment we walked through the door, Mark set out to find the RV that would work best for us without employing high pressure sales tactics. He was there to answer any questions and he allowed us the space and time to look on our own to decide what features we did and didn’t need in a camper. We found the perfect fit for us and are very happy! The sale went through without a hitch and we have since met the folks in the service department to address some particular needs of ours. The service department is another great team at Camper City. If you are looking for a RV, do yourself a favor and go check out this great crew!
