Excellent atmosphere, tasty food based on traditional dishes. Wait staff is wonderful and the location is convenient to Rutgers University. Choice for upscale dining in New Brunswick and surrounding area.

Very good food, although I wish the portions were a wee bit bigger. Expect what you come to a nice place for, great food, smaller portions and higher range prices. Definitely recommended, service is great!

Food was pretty good. About average Italian fare though kind of pricey for the food. I got a spinach ravioli with chicken on the side and it came out to about $30. The drink menu was way better with varied options and creative drinks I have never heard of. Overall it was a nice dinner. Service wasn't overly attentive but could have been more prompt with delivering the check.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful Saturday dinner at Stage Left. The bartender, server, hostess and partner were all attentive and professional. The meals we had were perfect! They are steak mavens!

I planned a corporate dinner for my job here. The food is overpriced for the quality. I ordered the lasagna and hated it. It was too saucy and falling apart. The presentation was not good because I had to dig to find the piece of lasagna because it was covered in sauce. My coworker ordered steak and said he enjoyed it. The highlight of the meal was dessert. Everything else was underwhelming.

Extremely overpriced for the quality of the food/waiters. Perhaps I just came on a bad day but my family visited for a special occasion and we had to wave down the staff multiple times just for water and bread.Bad experience your money is better served elsewhere. The meal did not make up for the poor service.

I could eat the cheesy garlic bread appetizer all day. The drinks are also pretty good. Entrees, if memory serves correctly, were decent, but nothing to write home about. Service (especially at the bar) is always excellent. They are very attentive and make great drinks.

Waiter is very rude. Food is very good but I tasted too much skin of eggplant. Also been there for more than three hours and very overpriced.
