My husband and I ordered pizza tonight and it was horrible. The guy that answered the phone had no idea about his menu or what a deluxe/special pizza was. Then the delivery guy was at the wrong address after giving it to him twice. He then had my husband meet him our side didn't even get out of the car to deliver the pizza handed it through his car window. And to top it off had to call the store because he didn't know how much it's was. Like really?? Then we get this cold dried up pizza that's disgusting. I normally love the pizza and how sloppy and soft it is but today it was cold little no toppings dried up onions and peppers. I'm extremely disappointed. Get your act together please and thank you.

After a long hiatus from ordering here we decided on giving it a try. After arriving after the estimated time we had two of three sandwiches arrive incorrect. They couldn’t understand a simple turkey sandwich with no cheese no toppings, well it came with everything on it. A second sandwich came without cheese for no apparent reason. The fries were tasteless and the turkey did not taste fresh. Great spot if your drunk and in need of a college fat sandwich, but for us sober folks, I’ll pick one of the many other great places around.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. These guys do. It know how to run a restaurant nor do they know how to make food. It took literally two hours to deliver my food and even then you’d expect for it to be amazing if it took that long; wrong! The food tasted horrible. Cold, soggy, complete wrong from my original order, and not what was listed on Seamless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! I would gone this place a negative 5 if I could.

The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Placed an order for 2 pizza's, was told 35minutes. 2hours+45minutes later, and including 10calls to Nellys the pies finally arrived, cold and disgusting. Refused to pay full price for the order, and Nellys refused to give even a dollar of a discount. When we turned away the pies, the arrogant, absordly rude delivery driver became irate and threatened to "go in his trunk" (I'm guessing for a weapon) to solve the problem of us refusing the order. Will never ever order from here again, I recommend you don't either.

The food was terrible. They messed up our order again for the fifth time in a row.
When I asked for the extra money they had charged me to be credited back to my card, the man on the phone stated that he wasn't authorized to do so and that it would be credited on my next order.
There will not be a next order. Ever.
These people love to rip you off and it seems like they make their money off of drunken college kids who don't even notice that their orders are completely tasteless, gross, and incorrect.response / report this review -

The last to times I went I had to wait 20 min plus for a sandwich. It wasn't busy and my friend who ordered at the same time got his 10min before me. The workers don't seem to really care.

Atrocious. The food was eh, and they charged me twice and have yet to get give my money back. 2 charges of 20 dollars. Don't eat here, they will steal from you because they have no other way to stay in business selling mediocre food. Since they won't reply to me I have to call my bank to dispute it. Never eat here, eat literAlly anywhere else because this place will make you regret ever giving them business. Frustrating.

Ordered here every week and get the same exact Thing every time!!! Whole California cheese steak extra meat its never over 20 bucks!!! Delivery guy asks me for 25.00!!!! For one cheese steak xtra meat which is only 4 extra dollars every time I called!!! Even advertised online as 4 bucks IM NEVER CALLING BACK kid on the phone was new had no clue what he was talking about then told me no one else was available to handle my complaint!!!! Worst

Okay how do I describe Nelly's, well for one my friends and I ordered our pizza at approximately 10:17 pm and were assured this "quality pizza" would arrive in about 45 minutes. This pizza took over an hour to arrive and I kid you not it looked and tasted as if it sat in a fridge for a week and they just took it out and warmed it up with a blow dryer, I took one bite and practically spit it out, and to add insult to injury when we called them about this poor service I watched as my friend nearly had a stroke speaking with these people over the phone. They insisted that they must have their cold pizza back before giving us a new properly prepared one. In total after 2 1/2 hours of waiting just to eat a warm pizza, they arrived with but a slightly warmer pizza than the first (blow dried twice this time i guess). Terrible

Nellys is a joke I wish I could give them zero stars the food is alright but then girl who answers the phone is the worst person in America. She's so stupid I don't even know if she's human, she understands absolutely and it's not like she's foreign and there's a language barrier she speaks perfect English yet still does not understand it. You could tell her you want a large pizza and she wouldn't get it. She'll put you on hold a million times and hang up because she's just so dumb. The food will take hours. I would rather die than order from her again.

If i could give this place no stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I used to love Nelly's I would swear by it, but now the service is absolutely horrible. I tried to order a pizza last night and the lady on the phone would take half my order and then just hang up on me mid call. Like wtf kind of business is this place even running? When I finally got her on the phone 25 calls later(drunk college student with no other option) she kept repeating my order back to me wrong like completely wrong. An extra large cheese pizza is really not hard to comprehend. That lady is a complete idiot. I will never go back here and neither should any of you.
