Decent food, pretty consistent. Good value for the money. Daily specials that include small soup and salad bar and a small desert. Eat there fairly regularly when in N.J. visiting my mother. Seems to be a big turnover with staff though. Some servers need some retraining.

I love eating here with my mother. The atmosphere is great and the portion sizes are amazing. You definitely get a lot of food. They cater more to the elderly as far as taste so they dont use a lot of salt or seasonings, but u can ask for that if u prefer it. Most of the meals come with the salad bar or with a drink. Some breakfast choices come with coffee and juice included and their prices are prefect for people on a budget or fixed income.

I had a pastrami on rye it was horrible it felt like i was chewing on a tire the cut of the meat looked like bait for fishing this is the second time i went here and really was unhappy a friend of mine who is a professional. Chef ate here once and said food was very poor quality and not cooked good at all i will never go there again holiday city diner is excellent in quality and price lakehurst diner is also great with quality and price that was the worst pastrami sandwich i ever had

Great food and great prices. Daily specials are enough for you to eat there and then take home leftovers for another meal. Homemade soups and salad bar refreshed throughout the day. Fresh food, good wait staff (Colleen rocks!), wi-fi available, tables or booths, parking lot right there. They even offer home delivery during the week. Win-Win for all!

Not bad. Depending on the day and time you get there. It's a Senior citizen kinda place. It has a HUGE SALAD BAR.

They are great! Great food never had a bad menu item. Above and beyond most diner/restaurant. Recommend for any meal delicious and staff extremely friendly!
