I wish I had found this place sooner! These guys will take care of you.
They are honest: my first visit had my car in on a tow truck for what I thought was a blown head gasket, and I told them as much. A very expensive job, but they did their diagnosis and were happy to report that it was actually a much simpler, less expensive repair (replacing the thermostat).
They take pride in their work: I came in with an intermittent overheating issue once. Of course, I dropped it off and they couldn't get it to happen. Most places would look at it for a day, maybe two, then give up and call you to pick it up. These guys kept at it for 2-3 weeks (with my permission!), idling it in the parking lot, taking it to pick up parts, anything to try and get the temperature up. As long as I didn't need the car back, they wanted to keep working on it until they found the problem. And they called several times to give me status updates and make sure I didn't need it back. I did eventually end up picking it up, and it hasn't overheated since, but they didn't charge me anything for all that time they had the car. Just the emissions inspection I asked them for. That was awfully generous of them.
They're also just friendly people. I've never felt like they were talking down to me, and they've been nice enough to give me a ride after I dropped my car off.
As a nice bonus, I was always impressed by how fast their turnaround was. It never seemed like they sacrificed quality to do it.
Unfortunately, I moved to a new city recently, and trying to find a new repair shop has made me realize how much I miss this place. I never stressed about car repairs once I found them.response / report this review -

Although I read a lot of reviews more often than I actually write reviews, I feel my experience at Casey’s Automotive warrants me to do so. After a failed state inspection and researching several auto repair shops, my co-workers referred me to Casey’s Automotive. From my initial contact with the shop, I was impressed by the staff’s knowledge and positive attitude to help me. My service advisor, Raul Lucero was very professional, friendly, and detailed! Raul managed all of my expectations on repair time and fees by keeping me well informed. I also needed shuttle service to and from work and Raul was able to shuttle me with virtually no wait time. At previous shops I have sat around for over half an hour waiting for a ride. Thank you Raul and Casey’s Automotive for taking care of me and thanks to my co-workers for the recommendation!

Successful organizations are a reflection of its leaders. Casey's is truly a "well oiled machine." Brian's reflection of professionalism, integrity, qualified staff and their desire to accommodate both old and new clientele is exemplified in their growth and success. Excellent referral.

I went to Casey's Automotive due to a failed state inspection. I am so glad I went to Casey's as they were very honest about all the repairs that I needed and wasn't after $$$. Raul was very helpful in explaining in detail the issues that were found by the mechanics and even found a nail in the tire that the other place didn't see! They did a courtesy inspection on the vehicle for me and was in and out in about 2 hours. I stayed in their waiting room which is very comfortable, drinks and snacks are offered and a quiet room to work in. Super friendly staff too. Thank you Raul and Casey's!

Excellent customer service. I got my oil change there, transmission fluid and power steering fluids flushed and replace. They gave me a ride and pick me up. That was really nice of them. The service is done righty. The employees are nice. Ask for Brandon, manager. He makes sure you are happy with the service.

The definition of amazing, or wonderful, is so overused! It doesn't really mean anythings like it used to. You all remember that amazing service we used to get that started us tipping, like the service at the Casey’s Automotive. The service that really makes you say wow.
I was WoWed at Casey’s automotive on my first visit. When people get feedback they do one of two things; they take it negatively and say I'm a liar, or they step up to the plate and knock it out of the park! Bryan at the Casey’s knocked it out of the park! I don't care what "Bar Rescue", or "Gordon Ramsay" would say, you cannot comment negativity on fantastic service, and that's what I experience every time I come into Casey’s!
Whatever you're doing, it's working!

Fantastic experience with this shop. On a Saturday afternoon I had a brake issue go from bad to worse and I just happened to be in the area of Casey's, so I decided to stop in and see if they could help me. It was 2 hours until closing so I thought they would turn me away but they didn't! They drove my car back, diagnosed the issue, and had parts rushed over from another store they really saved me that day. Everyone was so nice and helpful I will gladly give them return business in the future. Highly recommend!

I've been bringing my 4runner to Casey's for 2 years now after having numerous bad experiences at the dealership. I've gotten to know most of the guys here on a first-name basis, and most importantly they treat my vehicle like their own. It's not everyday that you get to talk to the actual technicians about issues/ advice about maintaining your particular vehicle. They are a wealth of knowledge. 5 stars from me!

I am an experienced aircraft and car mechanic, but get too busy to work on my cars. These guys are the only folks I will let touch either of our cars. I have been coming to Casey's for service for over 10 years. They are completely honest and charge fair prices for excellent work. You will not go wrong with these guys.

First time customer. Just moved to the area and already found my new service shop. Very honest, very fair. The technician took time to come out with the service writer and thourally explain the repair. Thank you for fixing the Cadillac.

So nice to have someone I can trust to do a good job for an honest price. They gave me a loaner car that can hold 4 carseats, and the staff was great. No pressure to get other services, but they did a thorough assessment of my car, and it is driving so much better now that they fixed the alignment. Would definitely recommend them!!!

It's nearly impossible to find a reputable automotive repair shop, but, this is definitely the one. I've been using them for three years now and my car is old and needy. Every time I bring it in it is fixed and ready to go in a short time. More importantly, they fix what is needed - not "repairs" that are unnecessary. If Brian says it needs repair I believe him because more than half the time he tells me I don't need a major repair just yet. So grateful for their service! Super friendly front desk. And one of the most important things to me is their honesty and communication!
