Terrible. Great weather at 2pm in august and yet they dont have the blue slide open the whole time. The black hairlady manager said she would and did nothing. Terrible exp.

I took my grandchildren to this facility this year. It was my first year to visit the park even though I have lived nearby for more than a decade. The facilities are wonderful However, their rules don't makes sense. If you ask why a certain rule is in place, they can't tell you. The manager is rude and doesn't care what customers think. She is a "my way or the highway kind of person. " They inspect your bags on the way in to make sure you didn't bring your own snacks. I won't be going back. I like to visit places where the staff is friendly. This isn't one of them.

The pool is great .but i think if you buy a pool pass you should be able to bring food and drinks and you are made to feel like your going into a prison having to have your bag check for food. Thats not right it real discouraging to something thats should be a pleasure!!!!

The staff is amazing all the time . If you nor your child dont have an appropriate swim wear don't come to my city pool . If you can't afford to pay for swimwear then probably can't afford to pay to get in. Happy swimming😉😉.

Awful. Rude staff. They said that we can't wear goggles in the pool - even in the shallow end, and even tried to make a big deal because a little kid said "crap" when he had to put the goggles back in his bag. They claimed to his mother that he was cussing. When did "crap" become a cuss word? And when did it become okay to straight lie to a kids mother just to get him in truble? I will never go back here.
