I was treated by Kim, women's dept as if I was the most important customer. She knew her everything about her department. The way they are cut,sizes ,colors difference in fit from line to line.
I have loved Dillards for a long time. They have good people and products. I am always happy with my purchases and they really do stand behind the customer.

The Richmond Mall looks very nice with the new renovations. It needs a nice food Court and a new store in the old Sears. It is a pleasant place to go for a stroll and do a little shopping.

Area 51. Dead zone The mall has been dying off but it is slowly recovering. The inside has been remodeled and looks much better than it used to. Maybe if an event were setup there and pictures were posted, it might get a little busier? I think some people feel awkward as they walk around inside, it is like having the mall to yourself. Great if you start early Christmas shopping though, no lines!

Used to be a good mall, but all the anchor stores are gone and basically a ghost town now. Good place to go for a walk indoors. Just not a whole lot of places to shop left there

The place has been cleaned up significantly. The environment is much better with the new owners. Still lacking in places to shop. This is due both to the size of the building and lack of interest in mall shopping. Sears location needs a new anchor store desperately.

This poor mall. From what the gentlemen who sat next to me on a bench outside of Bath & Body Works said, before the recession it used to stay pretty crowded and had lots more to offer. When we were there (after 6 pm, I believe) there were maybe two or three dozen people. Two of them were a pair of middle-aged women powerwalking laps around the interior aisles. Has the department stores you would expect, and a few smaller shops, jewelry stores, nail salon, etc., just not a lot happening. I don't recall a proper food court, only an Auntie Anne's cookies.
