When you go there to buy a car you pay $20.00 before you bid for a car and not every bay.

This place is the best! I've explored other auctions in terms of quality and this place simply cannot be beaten. The vehicle remarketing industry is a very different animal than most other industries and there are a lot of shady auction practices in most. Not here though,you're treated fairly with no tricks. In regards to the other negative reviews, it's most likely customers being upset because they're trying something to get one over on either the auction practicioner, or they're being prevented from attempting a shady business move that would harm someone who purchased one of their vehicles, or they bid on their own vehicles to drive the price up and they're caught on it. Trust me, I've seen the workings of this place, and this is a tight knit industry, ask anyone who is a legitimate business person and they will agree that Adesa is hands down the top.

One of the front desk lady Kelly is very very rude, non cooperative stay away from her (another customer also shared with me same feelings about her ) though other staff is nice especially the lady with short hair cut as well as the Managers. I arrived there in time that is 5 minutes before closing but Kelly refused to entertain me and was suggested me to come another day , then manager communicated to her to let me in. Kelly was actually was trying to avoid the paper work she had to fill to entertain customer and wanted to get rid of. These type of people should not be doing customer facing jobs.

If you're serious about your business and you're really doing just that business Adesa is one of the best places to attend please don't be misled certain dealers have a higher quality standard than others there for things may vary our group we're extremely excited and extremely appreciative you guys keep doing what you do everyone won't like the organization you guys have but I'm sure there's way more people that do then the people that don't that's why the auction is slammed every week and we also run lots of cars there too most recently I went up to collect some.of the cars we purchased brought my my sons only to find out they couldnt walk the back lot with me not to worry because their friendly staff provided a safe a clean place for my boys to hang out while i went out to the back section of the lot and also provided candy for them thank you guys
